Order from Digitec went smoothly
Order from Digitec went smoothly, but delivery was careless
I had a good experience ordering from Digitec – the website is user-friendly, the prices are competitive, and the order was processed quickly.
However, the delivery through Planzer, the company Digitec works with, was very disappointing. They dropped off a large and expensive item (a television) right in front of my door without ringing the bell or notifying me in any way. This left it completely unattended and at risk of being stolen.
While I’m happy with Digitec’s service overall, I strongly urge them to reconsider their partnership with Planzer or at least ensure proper delivery protocols are followed for high-value items.

I have been purchasing quite a bit from digitec (and galaxus).
The big plus of the website is how much is available and how many filters are offered to quickly find a desired product.
The customer service is also great, with a simple and efficient process to get refunds, repairs or replacements.
One slight disadvantage is that since the product range is massive and may come from 3rd party places, not all products may be what they seem, or some may be unavailable despite being listed.

Good experience
I really had a good experience with my order. I received it very fast, and when I found a defect in my order they got me a new one the next day. However, I really wished their logistic partner, planzer, would do better. I also had a good experience with their customer service but not the digitec store. Overall, I am really happy with my order from digitec.
