Multiple disappointing orders
I’ve had multiple disappointing experiences with Digitec Galaxus:
• They advertise physical video games, but you end up receiving just a download code, which is misleading and not what was ordered.
• I received an iMac that had clearly been unsealed, yet it was sold as “new.”
• Some items were intended for different markets, arriving with incompatible charging plugs (without prior notice).
• They often promise next-day delivery, but in reality, I’ve experienced multiple days of delay without updates.
This pattern of misleading product descriptions and unreliable service is unacceptable for a retailer of this scale.

Purchased a DJI Mini 3 to replace the one I lost.
I received professional and focused help when requesting shipment info. This company has really fast shipment, but sadly I wasn’t in an area covered. So the drone was shippe and delivered the next day, in perfect condition. Incredibly fast shipment, by any standard.
To summarize - excellent customer experience.
DJI should learn from these guys!
