Concerned about a big box for a tiny tv remote

Digitec deliveries and reliably fast. Next day delivery is a real benefit that I greatly appreciate. The latest item I purchased was a monitor stand. It arrived the next day in perfect condition, and I had it installed the same day. I will definitely be purchasing from them again.

It is a wonderful company, offering good prices, competent advice, great prices. Their after sale service is also amazing. I had to change a laptop charger that was defective and they replaced it, no question asked.

I did order a Sony TV. But after 2 weeks the speakers does not work anymore. Send it back to Digitec and then after 6 weeks i got it damaged back today!!!

Everything worked exceptionally well, and the delivery very was even faster than expected. It's much better than Amazon or other related stores. Bravo!!!

Used to be the best option around, but don't like the amazon-style direction they've been developping towards lately... They are becoming more and more unreliable, especially in terms of delivery times and it's starting to feel a bit like quantity over quality. A bit sad to see tbh. We'll see how it pans out.

Always reliable

Digitec has always been great in my experience. My recent purchase was also great - smooth process, great product!

I was sent a wrong item as part of my order. Despite notifying Digitec support about this immediately upon receiving the package, I have spent the past week being told to "wait to hear from the relevant department" and being given contradictory information about the issue being with a supplier, receiving a refund or a replacement, needing to send the original back first, and so on. At this point, I have no idea when or how this issue is going to be resolved. It is clear from this experience that Digitec has a systemic internal communication/organization problem with its customer support channels.

Digitec advertised that buying a "OnePlus 15" between Nov 13–Dec 11, 2025 would include double storage and a free OnePlus Watch 3. I ordered the 512 GB model on Nov 16 but received neither the storage upgrade nor the watch. When I complained, Digitec claimed the promotion was OnePlus’s responsibility. If so, why did Digitec promote it on their own site, misleading customers? I feel deceived and demand the promised 1 TB phone plus watch, or I will stop buying from Digitec.

Absolutely loved the service. We placed the order in the evening and the product was delivered the very next day. Super impressed. Will shop again for sure.

Used to be impeccable, nowadays theres a high rate of defects and delays in delivery.
Years ago had tops 1 day delivery but now its sometimes up to a week, they will say arriving tomorrow but send the shipment after tomorrow and stuff like that...
