I placed an order with Digitec for a gift that absolutely needed to arrive on time. The website stated a specific delivery date, and when that day passed with no package, I contacted their support. I was told the product would arrive the following day.
Today came and went — still no delivery. When I contacted support again, I was told it might arrive on Monday. That’s three different delivery expectations and none of them accurate.
This level of inconsistency and lack of reliability is INSANE, I paid for my order in full, trusted the delivery date shown on your website, and received nothing but delays and vague answers. PEOPLE FROM THE OTHER HAD DO NOT CARE AT ALL ABOUT YOUR SITUATION. No one knows when I'll receive the goods

galaxy 8 watch e sim will not install
I purchased a Galaxy watch 8 on 13 Nov 2025 and have just spent 3 hours with the Sunrise tech in Volketswil trying to install an e sim (with its own number) on the watch. After trying everything they advised that it cannot be done. Will this only work with an Swisscom account, if so this should have been stated? very disappointed, help would be appreciated.

Disappointing logistics model. Great selection.
Great product selection, but continuously misleading delivery expectations are a deal breaker. "delivered tomorrow" really means delivered 3-5 days (or more). Due to this I usually end up paying more for a more trustworthy competitor.

The product we wanted was not available at Digitec. However it was available at Conrad. I placed the order at Digitec. Digitec did the logistics and delivered it. I like that. Always friendly and prompt. And their advertising at various tram stops is tops.
