Shakira explained the details of the funeral Policy... in such a well informed way, that made understanding it so easy. She was very courteous, friendly and informative. She explained all my queries very professionally. It was a pleasure talking to her, as she knew her subject very well. She is definitely an asset to the company. I wish her well.

Service consultant was polite, respectful @ courteous while suggesting a policy to suit my needs.
Making me feel like a valued customer not inventory.
As their name suggests treating you with Dignity.

Service in general.

Sales rep speaks so clearly and easy to understand. The fee is quite affordable. And I am happy to be a funeral policyholder of your company - to provide quality and dignity to the end my journey in this life.

This is the first time I have spoken to any one…

This is the first time I have spoken to anyone about my forthcoming funeral. I found Quinlin to be polite and understanding and had all the relevant information at hand. If I was to die twice, I would rather have Quinlin handle my Funeral Insurance on both occasions.
Dignity Funeral Insurance offers a good deal and has the applicant's needs at its foremost interest.

He spoke clearly and was very knowledgeable and polite meaning treated you with respect!!
