I ordered a tracksuit from this company through an app called laybuy. I have emailed them multiple times and haven't heard any back off them. Luckily my money is protected. This customer service is absolutely shocking...

Ive ordered an inter milan top for my son for xmas….. money has been taken and now the website has disappeared …… investigation has begun with my bank 😡

I have ordered a inter milan away t.shirt still not received it they have taken the money out of my bank how do you get in touch with the company to get my money back

I had to put a 1 star on to write a review Please Please Please do not order from this company they take your money & send no goods,no email conformation,fake telephone number. I have reported this to Lloyds bank as a fraud

Paid for a man u tshirt no confirmation email no contact, 3 weeks later no shirt no way to contact them. Took 58 quid from bank under online step trade. Currently in talks with bank to try and recover money

Scam company!! Still no shirt, they keep saying it's on its way. I have now looked into it, should've done it before I ordered! It's a scam company and the football shirts are apparently fake.

If only I could rate with 0 stars.. had such a bad experience with this shop, do not order!!!!
I paid over 70 quid for a top weeks before the euros, with my surname and a number to be printed on the back, took months to receive the top and on opening it, there was no print like I had paid extra for.. I sent an email and they said it was no problem send it back and they will sort it which I had to pay postage for..waited another month and still nothing so I emailed for a refund, yep no problem send a refund confirming the cancellation and refund. Not yet received the refund that was confirmed but got back the tshirt I had cancelled and guess what.. still without the numbers printed on the back!! (and with the hand written note I had sent stating I had spoken to a colleague and I was to have a print of my name and number on the back of the shirt).. this time addressed in my name but the wrong home address! The tshirt was in the bag I had returned my top in that was in a bag secures with masking tape... if they think im paying again to return a top I had cancelled and that they have not rectified then they can think again.. absolutely disgusting service!!!

I ordered an England shirt form here during the Euros for my son. I got a message to say the money had been taken but no conformation about delivery. I heard nothing until Barclaycard got involved as I reported as fraudulent and then over 3 weeks later the top arrived. I sent this back as was so unhappy with them and asked for refund. They confirmed receipt of return and confirmed payment in 5/7 days. After nearly a month I have still not received my money back. An absolutely disgraceful way of treating people and their hard earned money. I would never recommend anyone buy from here.

If I could rate this awful company any lower I would. They have stolen £123.93 from us after sending us two FAKE shirts that have since been returned but still no refund. No contact from so called customer service and will be contacting trading standards and seeking legal advice. I highly suggest avoiding this company and can only hope they will be caught out.

Rip off merchants! Ordered top for my husbands birthday. It didn't arrive on time despite being promised it would. I demanded a refund, told to wait 10 days for my money, a week later, a top arrives, obvious fake! The fabric feels awful! They charge real prices but give you fake goods! Google should remove them!

As this company was one of the few claiming to have stock during the Euros, I ordered an England shirt from them.

I really wish I'd checked their online reviews first.

The fact that I had to chase them to find out when my shirt would arrive wasn't a good start. The telephone number on their website is an "0330" number. This is actually a non-specific international number and I believe the company is based overseas.

Also, Google streetview certainly shows no shop at the Bristol address they claim to operate from.

The shirt took over 2 weeks to arrive and when it did it was an obvious and very poor quality fake.

When I emailed to complain I was told to return it for a refund.

After 2 weeks since they received it (recorded delivery) I'm still waiting for my money.

Interestingly the charge to my credit card was made by a company called Online Step Trade Ltd. Which appears to be registered in Bulgaria...

Football Shirt was great but arrived too late!!! Returned for a refund to my card and I am still waiting for this refund - I posted the item on 23/07/21. It is now 14/08/21. Diabolical service. I won’t be using this shop again. I will be informing Trading Standards.

This shop does not deserve one star. I ordered personalised England t shirts for my partner and I and only 1 has arrives 6 weeks late. I am still waiting for another one. They have lied and said it was sent out but it hasn't arrived. The products are fake too. They don't realise that they have messed with the wrong person. I am a solicitor and am going to report them to trading standards and speak to my bank for a full refund as these are FAKES. They are going to regret trying to con me!

Absolutely shocking! Ordered an England shirt 1 month ago, still not received. They did reply to every email though saying its on its way. I then emailed and told them I want a full refund and they replied straight away saying the order is cancelled I will receive an email within 7-10 days, (even though the shirt is supposedly already on its way) no apology or any thing so I probably won't get a refund DO NOT BUY FROM THESE FRAUDSTERS

It does not deserve ANY stars, what an absolute con! £77 I paid for an England shirt with name and number on for my daughters birthday. Got told it was delayed as not in their office and then they said my order is cancelled and I will get refund in 7 - 10 days, I hope I get a refund!!! My daughter is gutted she doesn't get the one thing she asked for for her birthday!

Do not buy from them . My daughter ordered an England shirt on 10th July and still hasn’t received it. They haven’t even sent it . They took her money and haven’t even been bothered to update her as to when they are going to send a shirt. I am thinking they are fraudsters. Please don’t lose your money like my daughter
