Ordered the new man United third kit. Took 3-4 weeks for delivery and they didn’t respond to emails chasing it up. The shirt has turned up eventually, the quality is really good however the sizing is ridiculously small. I ordered large, and as described they have sent an extra large as the sizes run small but my god it’s skin tight and not wearable . I’ve asked for a refund but I doubt I’ll get my money back. Stay well clear of these charlatans

Look, I can't really fault this company much at all. When they didn't let me know that the shirt had been sent within the stated 4-5 days of the order being placed, I sent a query and demanded a response. I was sent a detailed statement re the despatch (from China) of the shirt, and the statement gave me progress reports that were correct. The shirt has now arrived and I am satisfied with its quality. One interesting item: the package label stated the value as being seven American dollars! One quibble: I was given the opportunity to state a player's name and number on the back. I chose ''Zouma 4'' from the offerings. Imagine my surprise when the shirt arrived with ''Zouma 44'' printed on it!
The company has now told me that it will send a replacement shirt, complete with the correct number.

Freud!!! Be careful!!! My order didn't arrive and they don't reply to emails.

To be fair, although the shirts were 2 weeks late and contact was sporadic, they did eventually arrive and were fine.

Awful company! Haven’t received my order from 3 months ago. With no reply or phonecall. Avoid at all cost

If I could give this company a zero I would. Ordered two kits in June. Still not received. They provided tracking info to say it’s delivered but it hasn’t been as I was on holiday. Proof provided I was away. Am now liaising with Trading Standards and everyone else I can think of

Ordered a Liverpool shirt. As soon as I ordered, a confirmation email came in to my mailbox indicating it would be mailed from China. Not a good sign. Then delivery delayed by two weeks. Further bad sign. But, unlike many others, I actually received a shirt in the mail. Came in a Nike bag, with official looking tags. Looks good at first blush, but the giveaway was the sizing - what probably is a medium was labelled as an XL. Should have checked TrustPilot first. Be warned!

Avoid! Take your money do not refund you!send you diabolical rude emails! They say take two months for a refund! I have the screen shot of emails

If I could leave no stars I would. I ordered a shirt 3 months ago and its never arrived.
If you email them you get an automated responsed.
Rubbish and avoid at all costs.

It should be no stars. Emailed to cancel order . No reply. I have looked on there internet site and it has been taken down. I won’t get my money back

Ordered a Forest shirt from here a few weeks ago but looks like this is a scam company as the website has now disappeared with no contact information.
If you have purchased from here i would recommend you seek a refund via paypal or bank.

Terrible company. Don't buy anything from the mugs. I can only hope whoever runs this sham of a firm falls down the stairs and hurts themselves

I, like many others, should've read the reviews. Ordered my shirt in January and there's still no sign of it. No way to contact them other than the auto-bot chat, which I've never received a reply from. Quick enough to take my money, but can't even reply to me. Avoid FSDirect at all costs! A robbing company who should be liquidated and forced to pay back every customer they've ripped off!

Can’t give no stars, clearly I didn’t research this company and wish I had. Took my money, never received shirt. No way of contacting other than email and they just go unanswered. Avoid at all costs

I ordered a shirt from them on the 31st jan 2022 and still no order ive tried emailing them many times no response at all , i biught from them through laybuy , laybuy have been brilliant trying to get in touch with them about my order and their not replying to them either they have said they are going to sort a refund out for me i wish i had never ever bought from this company total scammers !!!!

I ordered 2 shirts for my daughter and husband 13th december bt they still have not come.i have messaged them on there website bt still no response.they are absolutly rubbish.will never order again.

Orderd from here for Christmas present in November it's now January not even had a confirmation email or any sort of contact what so ever even after trying to contact them through email. Suppose should have read the reviews before ordering this company needs taking down. Dirty scummy robbing b******s I wonder what the federal trade commission will say about this company a suppose we will find out. Every one please report if everyone who reports I've read on here so far they will be taking down instantly. B******s

Ordered a ajax 3rd kit football shirt with name and number on the back. Ordered it on October 10th and shirt didnt arrive until mid November. Shirt looked genuine but was to to small so sent back as returns policy advised but have not heard a thing since. Phone number now doesnt connect and cant email. Website has also dissapeared. Looks like the company has dissapeared into thin air. Going to report to my bank and hopefully get my money back but not holding my breath.
DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS COMPANY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
