I ordered this shirt a few days before the Euro 2020 final. I had no email confirmation of the order and after a few days I sent an email asking when it might arrive. I received a reply saying that the shirt was coming from abroad and would be with me in about 10 days which it did. At a distance the shirt looks like the real deal and even up close it’s not too shabby. However there was pen mark on the inside label and the Nike Product Code on the inside label linked to a Barcelona shirt when I checked it online so I think it’s a fake. I did consider trying to return it but it looks ok and the fit’s not bad and I can’t be bothered with the hassle so I decided to keep it. This shirt’s sold out at the official Nike and England store and it was a lot cheaper so what did I expect? I got a shirt but I doubt I’ll use this company again.

Don’t even deserve a star. Took money immediately. No e mail confirmation. No receipt, no shirt, fake telephone number on website for customer service. They should be stopped from trading

I was looking for a 2018 Football shirt and they seemed to have it. I ordered it without realising they had so many bad reviews. I didnt get an email confirmation, I called and they said the order was good and I would receive it. I paid 4 pounds for a 'courier' delivery. A week has gone by, and still have not received it. I called today and have been told it will be sent next week and that theyre shipping usualy takes between 9-12 days? Crazy. I have cancelled the order, hoping I get my money back, between 5-10 days they say! Awful website and company, they seem like a very illicit opeartion.

FAKE! Everything sold on this website is fake. The prices are similar to real football shirts (£50-£70). Along with this, customer support on this website blames their suppliers.
The best way to tell a fake shirt is if there is pen marks on the label (inside the shirt bottom left) and the neck label with the code CW1526 is 100% fake.

This company is a Micky mouse outfit placed order didn’t take payment and blamed the bank for all the issues your a joke and should not be trading in the Uk
And there staff have no customer service skills they would be better cleaning streets sorry street cleaners

Ok I feel like sharing something about this website so I can inform others. About 2 or so months ago I ordered 2 Jerseys from them. Believe it or not I actually received one of the two. So waited a bit longer for the second and still nothing. I checked back with the website and now you can't access it anymore. I even tried emailing them and no response..Perhaps it had something to do with China tariffs. The Jersey quality is really good.

Getting worried!! Not had anyone tell me when the shirt should arrive and no email back from the company. Been over 2 weeks. Should I just wait longer??

I was sceptical when ordering a 2018/19 shirt from this site for half the price of buying the shirt direct from the club shop, with the company based in China. The shirt arrived in just under 2 weeks, and upon inspection (and comparing with a friend's genuine shirt) the item appears as good as real. If it is indeed a fake, it is impossible to tell. Thus I would say I had a good experience with this site and would recommend.

Ordered a shirt, but had first some trouble because of a late and unreliable tracking info. when contacting the sales service I got a full refund very quickly.

I bought a shirt size S from their webstore but got a PM that it's out of stock. I requested for a full refund but order was processed with the "correct size S" and shipped out. I received a size M and requested for a return and full refund. In the end I got a partial refund of 15GBP from the 25GBP+ I have paid as they claimed its "expensive" to do a return. I accepted because it's not worth the trouble to follow up and I paid for something which I can't use at all due to it's wrong size. What a great way for them to push sales at a reduced margin from the partial refund. Consider the fact when you receive a partial refund, the exchange rate and the transaction fees loss. The product is shipped from China and not a UK made replica.
