Renewal quote very expensive
Renewal quote very expensive. Did an online quote for like for like and it was much cheaper. Called DL and they would not match their own online quote! Update, response to review received from DL stating they are sorry they couldn’t match the online price and if it best suits my requirements then I should go with it. They seem to miss the point that the online quote that they would not match, which was like for like, was their quote!

I spent quite some time on the phone with your colleague, as I needed to change my Landlords policy from my name followed by Executor of the will of, to my name only now that I own the property insured. Having had to cancel my current policy from renewal and set up a new one, I have received the documents today and the name is still incorrect, just as it was on the old policy. Wasted time and effort.
