Never sent my order. Had to complete a charge back with the bank. 2 months later they just took money from my Account and I had to cancel my card and do another charge back. I don't understand how this company is still open. DO NOT USE.

Absolutely terrible experience.

I am only thankful that I spent a considerably small sum on this “business” to test a product for my mother in law.

I placed my order on 10th January and to date have not received a refund or my product.

Josie, is practically repeating the same scenario as everyone else as using delay tactics to get me to stop requesting my money back.

I would never recommend this business to anyone - please shop elsewhere.

Products never arrived, and follow ups with customer service were ignored. Strongly recommend you do not use this online retailer.

Sent $80 during before Christmas 2023. Still haven't recieved any order. Luckily it was around $80. I am so glad I didn't spend more money. Hopefully we can go through the bank and get our money back. Asked the stupid customer service for refund and they kept giving excuses about having delay with the warehouse. How is this company still operating in Australia? Has anyone tired taking them to court?

I got sucked in to making a purchase through repeat ads on Instagram - placed my order in late December 2023, products have still not arrived despite multiple follow up emails. The first two emails they replied to me, saying that there were supplier delays (although the products were still showing as available on the website) - then they stopped responding altogether. The products are STILL showing as available on the website and I continue to get their spam marketing emails. Total scam.

My daughter ordered a palette, I emailed them 5 minutes later asking them to cancel the order and refund me my money as she had ordered it without my permission... now that was in Dec of 2023... That was 3 months ago I received an email from them saying that they would get onto to cancelling it and then I heard nothing, they never sent the palette or refunded me, I have sent about 20 emails now begging them to al least send the palette that cost me almost $50 with shipping because I'm a struggling single mother that can't work because i have twin boys with autism and a teenager
daughter. They keep lying to me that they r going to get onto the shipping department and other emails say that there was a miscommunication... They have came up with every excuse and Lie and still won't send the palette or refund me my money.... PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY I WAS A RETURNING CUSTOMER THAT HAS BOUGHT HEAPS OF THINGS FROM THEM ! How can they do this to a single mum with twins with autism

Have not received my order from November 2023, over 100 emails and same automated response. LAYBUY also get no response!!!!
I contacted my bank about this as fraud and they have refunded my money

Just like everyone else I have been scammed. No items no refund. I hope that people read these reviews before buying from them.

Order not delivered - 4 Months so far. And no refund, despite being promised one several months ago.

Avoid this business at all cost. You are very unlikely to get your order and even less likely to get a refund.

It appears I have been scammed too. I wish I researched a little more before I purchased (which I normally do). DO NOT ORDER from this website.

Untrustworthy. Have not sent products after taking money. No help after sending emails. Seems to be common on reviews. Will not be ordering from here again

They never sent out the items I purchased at the Black Friday sale. Over 3 months later I finally got a refund due to a PayPal dispute. They don't respond to emails or on their socials. Thieves.

Don’t order from this website. Customer service is rubbish the same person responded a couple times with the same copied message. I never got my order it’s been 2 months later and I never got tracking details and never got a refund. They stopped responding to my email. Complete scam. Be warned.

Never sent order, and didn't communicate with me until my bank got involved. Even then all I got was "You'll get a shipping notification when we've sent it" despite it already being 2 weeks late.

The customer service for this business is non existent.
I have had delays every time I have attempted to order from them; sometimes for over a month. I had no response from customer service.
I have also read other reviews from people who say they didn’t get their order at all.

After making a significant order during the Black Friday sales, I was strung along for weeks with promises that my order would be mailed in time for Christmas. It wasn’t. When it was clear I wasn’t going to receive my items by Christmas as it was now 21/12, I asked for a full immediate refund. On the 22/12 I got notice that my package was posted! How convenient! Are you kidding? After asking for a refund and saying I no longer wanted the order, the package turned up on 27/12 with the limited edition items missing. No refund was issued for these items. I am now trying to get my money back for these items. Seriously, spend your money elsewhere. An absolutely infuriating experience, the company is completely dodgy.

If only I could leave 0 stars! Do not buy from them, and if you do, you are doing it at your own risk!

I purchased items from their website months ago, I followed up when it passed the ETA for fulfillment and my order hadn't been shipped. Followed up multiple times and either got absolutely no response or got absolutely no where with their customer service, always the same excuse 'we are very busy' for over 3 months? Why even have a business if you can't fulfil an order? Why say you have stock available?- strange how any other legitimate business can process your order within the given time frames and notify you if there are any issues?

This seller is scamming hundreds of people out of their money and not providing refunds or fulfilling the orders.

When I had finally had enough I demanded a refund and was told 10 days to process a refund!!!?? And how funny, they never ended up processing it!!!!!!! So I had to end up disputing through my bank! It was the only way. And I suggest if you're in the same position I was, don't wait for these scammers, dispute through your bank or payment method immediately!

I honestly think they are real scammers hiding behind this website! Read the reviews before you even think about buying from them! And if you do, prepare to be disappointed and ready to go through an ordeal to get your money back!

They should not be allowed to operate and need to be reported!! They've scammed too many people!

Oh and if you try to leave a review on their actual website you can't because they won't approve it or will just delete any negative reviews! Just another crafty trick they use to scam people and make it look like a legitimate business when it's not!!

I'm going to keep on reporting until they are taken down!

Placed an order 31/10. Got an email afterwards saying sorry it might be up to 14 working days to be picked and packed so I waited. Emailed 22/11 and was told they would look into it and let me know by end of day the following day. Now 27/11 and still not sent. Have requested a refund.

It’s been 7 weeks since placing an order, I have emailed 4 times asking for an update on my Order with very generic responses. In the last email I sent I asked for a refund, now they have stopped replying!
I am going to put a claim through my bank for a chargeback!
