Product ordered 6 months ago has still failed to arrive despite numerous emails and broken promises, a glitch in our tech, we have moved to a new warehouse, blah blah blah. so disappointing as the first few times I used them a couple of years ago they were great

Scammers at there finest use fake/old tracking numbers and claim the items have been "lost in post" there is no items to being with!
Ordered express and items were sitting on pending for way way to long then when enquiring told me the items were processing the items weren't even sent!!! I paid for extra "insurance" even then REFUSE to give you a refund!!! Read all the reviews cause they are known scammers.

I made an order last November. It never came... I contacted Discount beauty boutique countless times and have received nothing back! I spent over $140 for items I needed and now we're in late February and still no refund! I think it's disgusting that this company is still running... how many more people will go scamed before this company is shut down?! With no phone number to call its just email after email that I'm sending... I will NEVER order from them again!!!

I ordered my goods back in December and then read the reviews. I panicked thinking I'd wasted $80 on goods that I would never receive. They were promptly dispatched to Australia post and then lost by Aus Post at their facility in Qld. Communication with the company was great, they responded very quickly to my queries and raised an incident with Aus Post as soon as my expected delivery date passed.
Well my goods arrived today, Aus Post found them, they were a little delayed but they are fab, Moira products. Great value and beautiful pigment. Will order again 😊

Love the range of products on the website! I’ve been ordering from them for years and my orders used to arrive the same week of ordering, but this time around there was a Xmas closure so took some extra time. I DM’d them on Instagram to ask for an update and got a response straight away. Only rating 4 stars because they oversold an item so I received a refund for that item. Customer service were nice to me and very responsive, so surprised to hear all the negative experiences on here.

As like many reviews here, I placed an order months ago and have never received it. My parcel was ‘lost’ in transit. No communication from the company whatsoever. I’m down over $100 and have nothing to show for it. After reading these reviews I reported them to the ACCC and Scamwatch and also notified the brands that stock with this company about all these terrible reviews. I received multiple emails from companies that DBB claims to be ‘Official Stockists’, but they actually aren’t!! How is this legal? They are falsely advertising that these companies are official stockists on their site!! I have provided screenshots of some of the replies I got back, as well as screenshots of DBB claiming these brands are official stockists. This is unbelievable and I truly don’t know how this business is still running.

So after reporting them for lying about their official stockists to the ACCC, I have now discovered they are promoting the products they advertise on DBB on their second company she owns: Wilde Heart Boutique. This is a CLOTHING company, NOT a beauty company.
All their social media has either been deleted or gone cold in posting and I believe they are now using WHB to further scam people as DBB got exposed.
I have screenshots of her ABN to show she owns both businesses, as well as screenshots of their instagram that was inactive for nearly 2 years up until 2 days ago with ‘The Mandalorian’ makeup post. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS WEBSITE!!!!

I ordered a week after their Black Friday sales, the site still had the sale going for about a week after. Package takes a while to be posted out but they tell you it could be up to 14 working days, it didn’t take quite that long and once it was posted I received a few days using express post.

I ordered 3 different lots of Moda brushes a Moira lip oil and a wnw eyeshadow, everything arrived perfectly. This is not a fake review, I felt obliged to post my experience because I could only find negative reviews. Not sure if I can add photos here but if I can’t I will find a site that I can.

The order never arrived and weeks later they are still ignoring emails (the only path to customer service) about a refund or the order (with their quoted order number). Terrible.

Second review on this company (Samantha Vella) because I contacted fair trading and apparently they can’t make her refund me and gave her a warning. My item was lost in the post, australia post then refunded her my money for the product and told me to contact her to get it back. She has never replied.

Do not buy from this website. For years her biz has been going sour. Not sending all items, sending items weeks later and now she has officially lost the plot. Scamming thousands of people out of hard earnt money. I spent $300 on goods that were never sent. I had to launch an investigation with laybuy to get my money back. This is now a scam website DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Warn all friends and family!!

Put an order in on 23 Sept! Today it is still not fulfilled or dispatched. Sent numerous emails and even to the owner and heard nothing back. This is a scam company. They have no intention of fulfilling the orders. I had to go through my credit card company to launch an investigation.

This is a SCAM site.
They use fake Australia Post Shipping details.
Their Facebook profile has disappeared.
I've heard through other chats that the owner of this SCAM site, Samantha Vella, threatens people with legal action for posting negative reviews. She has apparently done this with numerous other customers who have paid for their goods but have never received them.

Whish I had read the reviews ordered alot of xmas gifts on here to no delivery no emails no shipping number nothing I'm so angry I will try get my money back

Placed order month ago to be told its been shipped and items not available to be refunded, this has not happened and after reading reviews don't think it will so try getting my money back another way. Contacted consumer affairs and let Samantha at Discount Beauty Boutique know received refund next day.

I have 2 outstanding orders, one from July and one from September this year, I spent over $200 on these orders and have recieved no tracking, no shipping message, and no product's.
Can anyone tell me how to deal with this?? I used PayPal for all my orders.
I am so angry, I emailed them so many times, I tried in messenger and now I find that their FB pages has disappeared.
I am absolutely discusted by the lack of contact and if they are in financial difficulty, at least they could let people know.
Don't order from them.

Absolutely horrible company, wish I had read the reviews properly before ordering. Placed the order in September, money was taken straight away. Advised of “delays” so waited for this period to be over before I contacted them. Received a reply stating they will look into it, then nothing. No contact, they have stopped replying to my emails and I’m going on nearly 7 weeks. Please do not lose your money to them, looking to file an official complaint wherever I can.

Ordered 16th October. Paid with Afterpay, so i have just started the process to try and get a refund. No communication, No order, No products. Super suss that they have over 88K likes on Facebook but no comments. They keep deleting my requests for communication etc. Reported to Scamwatch.gov Don't risk placing an order with this "business" :(

Made an order on the 6th of October emailed to ask what was going on and the response was they needed to talk with the warehouse team to see what the delay was and now I haven't heard anything back! Emailed again and again nothing how they get away with this I don't know absolutely terrible I hope you get shut down and pay for your crap service soon! 😡

Believe everyone else on here. This is a scam company and I can't believe they are still operating. Never got goods I paid for and customer service ignored my emails. Unfortunately my payment method defaulted to shop pay so I can't open a paypal dispute. I think a dummy tracking number was created for me but of course there was never a parcel to send. Even if it was australia post's fault there's insurance for that. Ever notice how you can't see comments on their social media? It's because reviews like ours here are being hidden. Dodgy AF!!! I've left reviews on their page but I'm expecting they will be deleted rather than published. On the other hand I highly recommend Glamraider. If you can get the goods there, go there!

Poor customer service and I have ordered last August 16 and up until now I have not received it. It took them 2 weeks to respond to my inquiry and they kept blaming auspost; their last response to me was 16/09 and I have been emailing them couple of times but have not gotten any response. I think this is a scam company.
