Discounted Heating 

Ordered got an instant confirming email next day got email with delivery date and was delivered from a local supplier perfect packaging so good sign and product works perfect great service would recommend for price and service

I found the bath and taps that I wanted for a great price - had never used Discounted Heating before, but delivery was brilliant - after speaking to a really helpful person in customer services, the driver called me direct and arranged delivery so no unneccessary hanging around.

The items were delivered promptly and undamaged. Now fitted and working fine. Thank you.

My order was accepted and paid for.

After a week I telephoned and was promised delivery on Friday15 November.

It didn't arrive. I telephoned on Saturday and was told it was at Eastbourne.

I telephoned today Monday 18th, to be told it was out of stock.

I have wasted over 10 days and been given bad information from start to finish.
Don't ever even think of using these people, they are totally unreliable and have let me down badly.

I am not sure what happened this time, as on placing the order, I did not receive any confirmation e-mail and had to telephone next day to ensure the order was placed. I was assured I would be e-mailed and telephoned to advise when the delivery was scheduled. Without any warning the delivery arrived, luckily just as I was going out, otherwise no-one would have been available to take receipt.
This is most unusual as previously I have been kept fully informed.

Did not receive any notification regarding delivery, therefore I sent an e-mail. Got no response. 'Phoned but got parent company. 'Phoned again and got associate company.
Finally got the correct outfit. "It is due for delivery today". Will that be before 12 noon?
Yes it will. Delivery was at 10 a.m. Delivery man was very helpful and obliging.
No need to panic, although I did think at one stage that they were cowboys and had
stolen my money. Why could they not have advised me of the delivery date within 24 hours of purchase. Would have saved me a lot of worry.
The product is excellent.

Really good website, easy to use, plus great prices make this a good supplier to order from. Also, as they use local suppliers, if there's a problem with the item (such as a missing part) you can pop down the road to pick one up. Very pleased.
Only slight negative was the waiting time for the delivery but all in all, very pleased and will definitely use again.

Required a EP2 control panel, it was received in very quick time and exactly what was required!!

Wrong item delivered by no fault of DiscountHeating. The local supplier screwed up but DiscountHeating sorted it out in 24 hours. Would I use them again? Yes I would.

Thanks for keeping us informed about the slight delay in shipping as you had to get more supplies in. The delivery man turned up about an hour after the email saying that the order had been dispatched!

My new gas fire was easy to order on line and I was kept up to date with the progress of my order with regular emails. The delivery service was excellent, a very smart pleasant man delivered my fire to my door.

Discount heating were very helpful, but the package was 'lost' in the system and only turned up 9 days later without explanation from UPS.

Lowest price on the net for the part I needed. Delivery by UPS was first class I was not in on the first visit they returned early evening to re-deliver.

I wanted an electric fire that would complement my other furniture (obviously). Quick look on the internet. Found what I wanted and Discounted Heating quoted the cheapest price (including delivery). Was a bit unsure as the price was so reasonable but now, a week later, my fire has been delivered when promised and I could not ask for more.
