Discounted Heating 

As part of my order I was charged £4.95 for delivery which I thought was pricey in the first place since most companies offer free delivery but I decided to go ahead with my order to then get a phone call saying I was due another £12 for delivery. I felt this was unfair so cancelled my order and went with another site which managed to save me £50. The woman on the phone was also very rude and hung up the phone when I wanted money back. When there is so many companies available for plumbing materials at a cheaper price I find the service at discounted heating disgraceful.

Found the items I required and much better prices than elsewhere and they were delivered exactly as promised, can't ask for much more really.

I rated the Company as good although I did cancel my order due to the item not being in stock. If anything, their website needs to be able to give current stock levels that are available in "live" time.

For instance, when enquiring about my item, the email reply gave estimated delivery of 3 - 5 days. I placed my order and payment was taken immediately.

Within 24hrs I could see online that stock was overdue and no delivery date could be given. I was given the process to cancel and did so.

The reason I rate the Company as good is that although they took payment straight away, they also refunded within a couple of hours. I was kept informed by either email or through "My Account" on their website.

Notwithstanding the above; prices are excellent.

The Saniflo arrived packaged and intact with all the accessories and installation manual included.

This was the second time I've used Discounted Heating for plumbing and heating supplies and I'd definitely be happy to use them again.

I can't fault the prices, which, both times I've ordered, have beaten anywhere else on the web by a decent margin on identical items. This time round I saved a good £10-£15 buying a £60 item that was £70+ elsewhere.

The first time I ordered I ended up calling to talk to their sales team as one of the items I needed wasn't on the web site, and I've got to say that they were really excellent - tracking down stock and delivery times and then calling me back with the info promptly.

They are a company that offer old fashioned values they have great prices with real customer service

I have purchased 2 items recently, the communication was excellent, both items arrived within the timescale given. The operative delivering the second item made me aware that the box had become wet after overnight srtorage and to check it before signing that I was happy with it. Excellent , Polite and effcient service and best of all the best value I could find. Highly reccomended.

I purchased it and received a confirmation of payment very quickly. Then I heard nothing more until I emailed worldpay and discount heating and got no reply. I then phoned and they said they had trouble with my email . They never phoned with delivery time until I contacted them and I was told then it was a Monday , 6 days after ordered. Once it was delivered I discovered it had sat in a warehouse 3 miles away from me since the Thursday. Great price but everything else is poor.

Yes, just what we wanted at a good price. Took a few days longer than expected to get delivery but still in acceptable time-frame. When I rang about delivery I found them helpful and courteous.
