Discounted Heating 

I ordered a gas fire after talking to a member of their staff and intially got a mis leading email saying it was out of stock but on phoning them I was assured that it will be looked into and then I got an email with a delivery date earlier than expected and then surprise surprise the fire turned up 4 days earlier than the date given.
So I ended up getting the fire much earlier than I expected and a lot quicker than if I had gone to a local shop and about £100 cheaper too.

I had to install a replacement programmer for a client and wanted to be able to do a direct swap if possible. I "Googled" the original and Discounted Heating came up with the latest but compatible programmer to match the old one. Once ordered it arrived promptly by courier so within the space of one working week I was able to finalise the job. Thanks Discounted Heating, I will be back!! (to use you again). Paul Town

I've used H&P a number of times with no problems. Goods always shipped on time and delivered on time.
This time they were let down by the poor service from Plumbcentre Camberley who were used as the supplier/deliver.

I will still continue to use H&P anyway as their prices are competitive and the goods arrive in good time (usually) to do the booked job.

boiler arrived in just over a week but as I had never heard from them I was becoming concerned, then it just arrived without any notice and as I was out carrier left it with next door. I never received any paperwork or invoice. The boiler is exactly what I wanted, well ck

Email received quoting delivery date, nothing arrived, when I chased I was promised delivery the following day, nothing arrived. When I chased again was told the goods were unavailable for several days, which makes me wonder why they told me they would be delivered previously. Told them I would prefer to cancel than to wait and received refund the following day. They are clearly selling goods they do not hold hoping to get them shipped from a distributor or the manufacturer with their miniscule mark-up. An inefficient middleman, making little margin and destined for failure.

Had to purchase a wet plinth heater for my new kitchen.
Had absolutely no idea what one was so googled and this company worked out the cheapest for the best rated product.
Rang to speak to an advisor and spoke straight away, not a silly automated message.
Got good, friendly advice and item came two days later.
I was even telephoned to advise on delivery date.
Superior service.
Would highly recommend.

Nothing more to say

My old central heating Potterton EP2002 programme was on the blink so I Googled for the supplier of a replacement. Results came up with Discounted Heating offering an upgraded version EP2 programmer at the lowest cost. However, delivery was quoted as 5 working days. Nonetheless, I decided to order the product from Discount Heating and it arrived with full instructions 2 days later. It works a treat and now I am warmly satisfied!

You take money before knowing the product is in stock. Enough said.

Order your bits go on holiday then when your back you will get this email for rating before the goods arrive. Then all that leaves is to try and get paper work out of them.

I was really pleased how quickly my fire was delivered.the price was much cheaper than other places i'd looked at.love the look of the fire just waiting now for the gas man to fit it for us.we have had a valor fire for thirty years hoping this one will be just as good.would buy from discountheating again.

The part I required was easily identified on this site, postage price was very realistic, unlike many other sites. Total cost was the cheapest I could find on the net, delivery was quick so would recommend anyone to shop here.
