Tried buying one item in my local Plumbase and 10 days on they still haven't called me to advise on price or delivery date! Went online, ordered at a great price from Discounted Heating and the item was delivered within a couple of days. Brilliant!

Discounted Heating chose UPS to deliver our order. What a a mistake! Despite the fact it was put on a UPS lorry at our local depot on Wednesday morning at 8.30 it was not delivered on the day as promised and went back to the UPS depot. It was put on the lorry on Thursday morning but was again not delivered. In went back to the depot again and was loaded on Friday morning but guess what, it wasn't delivered AGAIN. So that's three days we stayed in waiting, now we have a message saying it will be delivered on Monday but we're not holding our breath.

Ordered two radiators, were very pleased, arrived on time no hassle fast friendly service, would definately use them again.

Never used this site before, but the price for the new shower was really competitive. The process was easy, with the order being delivered two days later. My only concern was that there appeared no easy to know when delivery was due.

Excellent website, clear information about product (Potterton EP2 programmer), excellent price and free secure delivery by UPS 2 days after I ordered.

I ordered the Dimplex electric fire and it arrived in good time exactly according to the email advice. Straight forward to set up - pleased. Thank you

I would just like to quickly convey my thanks for the service given in delivering my Megaflow Cylinder so quickly. Due to the usual pressure at work I had left ordering my new Megaflow Cylinder to the last moment and was desperate to take delivery before I went away on hoilday to the USA for 3 weeks. I had arranged for my 'buddy Bob the Builder' to fit the unit whilst I was away so he could have unhindered access to the house to turn-off the supplies etc. I needed to make sure the unit was delivered to work so that I could arrange to get it dropped-off at home all ready for him to install.
Having explained my predicament to Discount Heating I placed the Order on 24/9/2013 and was given a delivery date of 27/9/2013 - true to their word the unit was safely delivered and is now fully connected and in service. Thank you so much for honouring your promise - much appreciated.

Was sent an email without any content, no reply until 5 days after i'd paid, when I was told my item wasn't in stock, would I like to wait or a refund.

We need an additional source of heating for our kitchen and was recommended to fit a plinth heater. Trawling through the net, I came across Discounted Heating; their prices are really competitive, ordering was easy and the package was delivered at 9.15 am which meant no waiting around. I paid by card over the 'phone and the member of staff I dealt with was very polite and friendly.

I was very pleased with the service received from discount ed heating. The product I ordered was not in stock at time of order, but I was updated with information regularly informing me of the status. As soon as they received the goods they were immediately dispatched for next day delivery. Thank you discounted heating.

I ordered a boiler & flue over the phone and was told that I could arrange a date to fit in with my customer. All I needed to do was wait for my email confirming delivery date (3-5 working days) and then let them know what date I needed it delivered. When I contacted them after 7 days I was told that the boiler had already been delivered (a week early). When I complained and asked how I was to to explain to the customer that they had messed up the operator put the phone down on me. So much for customer service. I now need to get hold of a customer (who is out of the country) and find out who has signed for the boiler and applogise for Discounted heatings behaviour.

Received an email last week to say that item would be delivered on Friday. Stayed in all day and no delivery. Now Monday and still no word of why failed delivery and when I can now expect it.

The boiler has arrived and is now sitting outside the back gate. The driver asked for help with it but I am disabled. It is also too wide to go through the back gate whilst packed. This may all well cause problems when it comes to installation next week!
Also Discounted Heating cannot for internal reasons even consider supplying it VAT free as is normal when home alterations are being made because of a person's disability.
Let's hope it works.
