Ordered sink unit and received quickly. Good notification by seller of progress. Good priced item

Gas fire arrived on date given. However tracker was a little difficult to find on web site.

Very impressed with the company. They improved on the lead time and turned up nice and early on the day. I would be recommending them to all my family and friends.

The delivery time slot - not suggested but decreed - was 8am to 4pm, which is a massively long period of time to ensure someone is available to receive the goods.
The contact number rings for ever, and the call is then dropped, meaning there is no way to find out any further information.
You ask for feedback on your service - why don't you try giving some?
Be more customer focussed, find out from them when would be a good time to deliver, reduce the time slots and be available to help when necessary.
None of this is rocket science.

I bought a Shower and payed through Worldpay. I received an email from Worldpay soon after but nothing from Discounted Heating.I thought that perhaps they did not send acknowledgements and waited for around a week,expecting the delivery each day and staying in so as not to miss it.After a week I contacted them by telephone on a premium number to ask where my item was,and was told by a lady that it would be delivered that day.When I asked why I had no email she said it must be in your spam,I told her I had checked and there was no email.The item did not arrive so I phoned again next day on the premium number to be told by a man that it would be delivered in two more days.It arrived that midday that very day.!!!!!!

Fast delivery and kept up to date with progress by e mail. Would definitely use again.

I have been asked to write a review yet I haven't got my goods. I have received no email notification of my purchase, or tracking information. I have been sent a bill via a system called Worldpay. In the Wordpay email there was a link to email Homeoutlet Online Limited if I had any queries like 'where is my order' . I sent an email a couple of days ago and guess what - no reply. The company has either gone bust or has shocking customer services. Avoid at all cost. I am contacting my credit card company to recover my money. I doubt this comment will ever make it to their site.
