Placed an order three weeks ago, the first one went missing in transit. Second was promised to be dispatched with express delivery, they didn't even send it! I asked for a refund and was told it had been sent, but it hadn't. They are ignoring my requests and I have asked to speak to head office with no success. Was told a manager would call me….nothing! Shame on you Disney.….refund my money please!!!
Sells out of your item whilst you are trying to pay for them
I had items in my basket straight away and was onto the next screen to buy it, then it had red saying sold out whilst im trying to enter my payment details. This is not fair. I had the item i was buying it. Websites have a time alloted before its removed why not Disney, there is NO Disney magic. Disgusting

Please be cautious if ordering Disney’s Star Wars advent calendar this Christmas. The condition of this e-commerce order was the worst example I have seen in 2 decades of ordering online, and their customer service team seem happy to ignore the situation when I asked for a replacement. Especially for Christmas I suggest you think twice before placing an order here.

Worst service I have ever had, called daily for 3 weeks, literally not one call answered, longest time I stuck out on hold was an hour and 49 mins. No response to emails either, live chat is a bot that goes round in circles. Impossible to resolve anything. Your only option is ask your card company to do a chargeback. They should be investigated for how bad their service is
Appalling company, I wish I had read the reviews
I received my order today in an appalling state.
It was delivered by DHL and the box had been broken into and items missing. The driver was rude and unhelpful and ran off before I could check the items he dumped on the doorstep. I will take this up with DHL.
I have tried to contact Disney store and been on hold for the best part of an hour with no response and also connected to the so called live chat at the same time, again with no response. Disney are uncontactable.
Very disappointed with both companies who have my money and and I'm now out of pocket by a substantial sum. Save you money and your time and shop elsewhere as Disney store is an absolute con.

The site is broken. I signed up for text messages to get the discount, and both on my phone and my computer, it would not let me put in a promo code. You see the box for it, but it won't let you type. Considering the frustration from the whole experience, I can promise they won't get a cent from me going forward.

I cannot get through to anyone! Calls cut off after 20mins on hold each time. Got through to a person after nearly 3 hours of continuous trying and then the call cut off after 3 minutes. No response via e-mail and no agent available on live chat (trying for almost 4 hours)

The parcel company Evri … yes you guessed lost the parcel. Several “chats” and tickets raised to Disney requesting a replacement and absolutely no response 8 days later. Parcel Contained 8 items which were gifts for grand daughter. Absolute shambles from a multi billion dollar company .. who are a billion dollar company because they take your money but don’t deliver! Have a magical day !

Terrible shipping cost policy. On applying a 10% discount the shipping cost increased by the discounted amount completely negating it. Response from the company was "thats out policy". Shocking really.

Multiple times I have waited for something to come into stock online only yo have Americans empty it out from the British website before we can even get on yet we are unable to share from their inventory fortunately both my child and wife have lost all love for everything disney and their alienating views and processes.

Once again, I’m extremely disappointed with Disney. I ordered personalized gift cards for my kids that were supposed to arrive tomorrow. I received an email today telling me that my order was canceled. After calling customer service, I learned that the card I selected was suddenly out of stock, despite being available just 4 days ago when I placed the order. It’s the day before the expected delivery and just 3 days before Valentine’s Day – and now it’s out of stock?
Not only did they not offer any alternative options, but they simply canceled my order. It’s incredibly frustrating to see a company that claims to be family-focused fail so badly. You’d think they could have at least offered another Valentine’s-themed card as a replacement, but no. Once again, Disney lets my family down when we needed them the most.
It’s hard to trust a company that promises so much but fails to deliver on even the basics. Truly a letdown
