Made a good purchase online….so I…

Made a good purchase online….so I thought. Shame on me for not taking the screenshot of the savings I was supposed to get (25%) off my purchase. Thought it would come off when I went to process my payment. It didn’t. Contacted them and their answer was”since it is coming from another merchant they can not offer the discount” Deceptive website from a company you think you can trust. So then they proceed to email me a code to get free shipping…really!!! Should have saved over $80.00 dollars and shipping is already free when you spend so much which I do. So why good is that??? Will most likely never order from them again.

Disney store

Please do not shop here and waste your hard earned money, overpriced rubbish, cheap and nasty goods, only sent one parcel other's still not here, ordered for my little one in time for Christmas too

Terrible customer service ordered a toy…

Terrible customer service ordered a toy for son for Christmas, when I tested it to make sure it worked I noticed it was broke! I bought it as part of a deal 3 toys for price of 2 because that happens to be the one they marked as £0.00 they won’t replace or refund me anything, I asked for a replacement even for a different toy as the same value & I’ll send them the broken toy back but they keep saying they can’t offer a replacement.

They gave me a bad coupon code. Awful!

First of all, ShopDisney has been exceptional with their product offers and sales, until this latest time when they sent me a bad coupon code for a future purchase.

I had called about a previous order that I had made about not receiving a cosmetics case when I place an order for a Disney Mickey wallet, which they are currently offering but would not send me one after I had just placed the order. They gave me a one time coupon code for $20 use on a further order to help me out. I honestly would've given them a 5 stars for product quality and wonderfulness, however I wasn't pleased at all when I realized the coupon did not work. =*(.

Absolutely appalling customer service

Absolutely appalling customer service. I spend thousands of pounds and am a regular customer but after my recent experience I won’t be any more. I placed an order last week to receive the free Christmas key. My order arrived and despite being on the invoice, there was no key in the package. I made contact to receive a response saying “our records show everything was packed” to which I replied it wasn’t as I don’t have it - there is such a thing as human error!!! I was then told it would be escalated to head office for advice - it’s a free key, why on earth does head office need to give advice. The tone of the emails makes me feel like I am being accused of lying, why anyone would take the time to lie about a free key is beyond me! I was told I would hear back within 3 days and I have heard nothing. Absolutely disgusting service. I will be returning the item purchased and expecting a full refund and the postage back. What a way to treat a loyal customer who has never had an issue before! Shame on you!!!

The sweatshirts are poorly made

The sweatshirts are poorly made. The sizes don’t even come close to what they are supposed to be. The jolly green giant could wear a small. The shoulders go down to the elbow. Tried 3 different sizes. Just gave up trying. They are very good about refunds. They must do it a lot.

Nervous Eczema because of Disney

Good day.
Tiana Limited Edition Doll The Princess and the Frog Disney Designer Collection 13 has a defective dress: threads are out of her dress that can lead to break up at the seams. This doll has a spot on her face. The doll is never removed from the box.
Inspired by Tiana - The Princess and the Frog Disney ily 4EVER Doll - 11" has a broken leg. The doll is never removed from the box.
Inspired by Cinderella Disney ily 4EVER Doll - 11" has defective foot because of packaging wires.
The main problem is that I have communicated about this issue within 30 days as it says in Your return policy but there's no any reaction from Disney.
We're still fighting with each other about these dolls since 2023.
Because of this situation I have nervous eczema now.
20$ for 1 expensive doll with the defective dress, for 1 doll with defective feet, for 1 doll with a broken leg and for such hands with eczema looks like a joke.

America has become a worker of China. In 2000 USA items were perfect: even if these were dolls for children, these dolls were without any defect. China has started to make products of higher quality than USA now. I am very upset that era of great America is lost.
I'm very upset about quality of Your items. I often buy Japanese products and their products haven't any defects: there's no one spot or any other defects.

Still have not seen a refund after 13 days!

I placed order 5036247387 on October 16 and my credit card was charged within 10 minutes. I called within 30 minutes and canceled the order as I had made a mistake. They said I would receive the refund within 5 days. It has now been 13 days (9 business days) and no refund has been issued to my card. I called customer service at the disney store today and was told that the refund was processed on Oct 23 - 7 days after the order was placed even though I received a cancellation notice on Oct 16.
As of October 28, I still have not received my refund. Disney can charge my charge card within 15 minutes, but can't refund it within 13 days?? Disney has no right to hold on to my money! I waited on the phone for more than 12 minutes to speak with a supervisor and no supervisor was available to take my call - I finally hung up after being on the phone for 25 minutes. The customer service representative told me I should call my bank. NO This is not an issue between me and my bank - it is an issue between Disney and the bank. I gave them 24 hours to post my refund to my card. To say I am disappointed in Disney would be an understatement.

Ordered cancelled

Ordered 2 items off the website, after about 5 days they sent an email saying there is a technical issue and my order was cancelled. There was a discount code on the items so I can only assume they didn't want to honour the discount.
When I've ordered before there was a promotion for a free item if you spent over a certain amount. They didn't send the free item claiming it was out of stock. Not a great retailer I'd suggest going elsewhere.

I ordered a costume for my son's…

I ordered a costume for my son's birthday, after 9 days they cancelled my order. I write their support chat, and they are explaining "it was out of stock". They could just put "out of stock" in the shopping site, so I wouldn't shop. Is it that hard?
I'm not shopping from them again.

I spent several hours going through…

I spent several hours going through their 25% off sale, only to go check out 10 minutes before it ends for their server to be down. Wow. Never attempting to spend money with them again. Horrible company!!

Wickey should not be selling Disney

Ive called customer service three times and emailed as advised on my delayed £1230.98 order to be told there is a delay and it hasn’t even been shipped, with no expectation for when it could arrive/ship. No supervisors ever available. This is all really disappointing!

I would strongly suggest NOT ordering from this company.

I have had builders in to make a hard standing in my garden with a soft landing bespoke to the product I’ve ordered, what a total waste of money!

I will also be forwarding my complaint onto Disney as only reputable firms should be selling the brand and sadly Wickey can not be classed at that.

As a result of this I have a very upset little boy that will not be getting his dream birthday present.

Damaged and broken …

Ordered a United Kingdom ears headband and when it arrived 2 flowers had fallen off and ears band had snapped. I had to glue the flowers back on and glue the band back together, the other flowers were also quite loose so I put more glue on them because it seemed it wouldn’t take much for them to fall off. For the price I didn’t expect to be glueing it back together. The packaging was just a plastic bag so there was no protection and I think this is why the band had snapped. I will not be ordering again from Disney Store.

Worst shopping experience

I placed my order on Nov 23 for a Christmas gift and it was under “processing” for days and days. Live chat wasn’t helpful. They couldn’t give me an estimate for shipping and kept saying they will ship it eventually I’ll just have to wait for an indefinite period of time (sounds great) and that I can’t cancel my order once it’s been placed (why not? It’s not like you started working on it at all as I find out later). Another time I was on live chat an employee confirmed that “all orders placed before December 2 are guaranteed to arrive before Christmas”. That was straight up a lie. So on Dec 21 I’m informed that I won’t be getting one of the items from my order because it’s out of stock (which it wouldn’t have been if you started working on my order sooner than a month after it’s been placed) and on Dec 23 I am notified that the rest of my order has been shipped. So it took them A MONTH to ship my stuff (half of it) when the website claims orders are shipped within a day or two. And guess what? It won’t be here before Christmas like they “guaranteed”. I am shocked and extremely disappointed with the service and I will never be shopping at Disney online store ever again.

Awful place to order

Awful place to order. Placed order 12/3, status of order was in "process". I finally had to message them about shipping status as Christmas is like next week!!! They JUST email me and cancelled the order!! are you freaking kidding me????? Just perfect way to ruin kiddo's Christmas.

Not good I'm afraid 😣

I wish I could say it's good but it's not I ordered my bag the first two times it came with glue on it has taken so long and still not resolved they won't do anything to help, you can't speak to a manager, the hold music is dreadful a far cry from the happy helpful company it was it's such a shame I wish I could say it's good but it's been so bad they don't do anything to help still no refund :(
