Dreadful Service

Placed an order on 26th Nov. 22 days later still nothing has arrived. Received an email on 11th December saying items had finally been dispatched, one week later still nothing received. Their on-line chat not working so tried to call them but after about an hour waiting on the line finally gave up. Absolutely awful service throughout. Buyer be warned this is not a good company to deal with !!!

Ordered a Xmas gift on 25th November. The day before estimated delivery I got a message from Evri to say they had my parcel and it would be out for delivery the next day… all groovy… Then had a message from both Disney and Evri saying my parcel was delayed. Thats it. Just that message.
I called Disney… 30mins on hold and still not spoken to anyone. According to the hold message I would have no joy anyway as delayed parcels are due to some internal issue so no-one knows anything and won’t do until dispatch….
Called Evri and left a message chasing my parcel (which was as far as I could get in their phone system). 2 weeks on and I have no communication and no parcel….
So unprofessional and such a terrible approach to customer service.

As much as your kid might want it- don’t bother - find an equivalent. Giving Disney your hard earned money is just not worth the hassle.

Useless

Have ordered multiple items only to be told a few days later that the items weren't actually in stock. Can understand this happening on occasion but its happened too many times now.

This company is a joke !

This company is a joke !! I have had the worst time with this store. You can not contact them is my problem. I have sat on hold for over an hour for nobody to answer. I have been trying to contact them for 3 weeks and still no luck ! I returned some items and waiting on a refund . Well it's been almost a month now and still haven't received my refund. And again when ya try to call them its impossible! When I ever do get my refund I will never shop at disney again !!

Would leave no stars

Would leave no stars. Terrible customer service. Took order & payment a week ago and they email a day before delivery date to say I’m being refunded as item now out of stock?! It’s still showing as in stock on shop Disney and you can still purchase?! The exact same item is available on Amazon for almost double the price and delivery after Xmas. No one answers the help line, live chat or email. Absolute disgrace. Please avoid at all costs! By the look of the other reviews I don’t think shop Disney will continue for much longer.

“Dismal” service as ever

Disney store continues to be abysmal at any attempt at service, have been on chat room three times to cancel order , each time wait time of 45 minutes plus and just as you get to position 3 or 2 what a surprise the service disconnects…this was the same issue I had last year.. suggestion just close the UK operations as they have no idea of the culture and values of US organisation ( I say this as an ex cast member) shocking

How is this even legal...

It amazes me how this store is even legal. They just do whatever the hell they want. Ship items, not ship items. Cancel orders, cancel partial orders while still selling those items on their website. Trying customer service is the biggest joke ever. They will make you wait super long only to kick you out of the queue. They simply dont care at all. There is no accountability whatsoever. This is a webstore fuctioning worse than toddlers having a garage sale. its ridiculous. Disney store out here ruining Disney trips before they even started. Thanks ShopDisney.

absolutely horrible company

absolutely horrible company, they take over a week or 2 to send your parcel, then, it gets lost by evri, it was a birthday present for my nephew, which I ordered 2 weeks in advance, my nephews birthday has been and gone, he's still waiting, I contact them, they said we will send it out again, the next working day, a week later, evri has it again, also they put through the wrong items, so, I'm not getting the full order, separated the items, so one has been sent and the other hasn't, the items I did order was still in stock, so no idea why they didn't send it, I don't expect to see this next order either, not in 2023 anyways. I'd avoid them, and go into the store if you want something, a multi billion company and they are by far the worst company I've ever ordered from in my life.

Horrendous company

Horrendous company. Ordered an item which was in stock. Few items came three weeks later. Some still have not come.
Items arrived, came damaged and box smashed about (they use amazon delivery).
Emailed Disney two weeks ago, gave me reference and advised will contact me within 7 days. Two weeks later and still no response.

Called them a few times. Over an hour wait and only time I spoke to someone, they hanged up.

Do not use, absolutely disgusting service and store. Shows Disney true colours.

Black cloud Friday

Placed an order on 20th Nov. It was cancelled by Disney on 28th Nov, but the item is still showing as in stock on the website (but without the special offer). I think I am one of many to fall foul of the fake Black Friday offers this year. I never thought Disney would make me feel sadness :-( No response to queries to CS either.

Ordered some Lego on 20th November, two weeks later still hasn’t turned up? Either Disney are selling Lego they don’t have in stock or they don’t have enough staff to fulfil the orders?. What’s is going on at Disney Store why have they gone downhill recently.

Disgraceful

Placed an order on the 7/11 for my son for Christmas. Disney took payment & sent confirmation email and expected delivery date. Then over a week later on the 22/11 sent an email to say I was being refunded, never mentioned the item being out of stock nothing just that they sent back payment for 1 item (both went together). But item is still available for sale on website. No answer from Facebook contact or email contact. My son will have to go without his toy as it can not be gotten anywhere else. I will never shop here again they are a disgrace. No customer service whatsoever

This Online Disney Store UK Took my money £67.50 and After waiting 10 days for delivery they sent me the wrong Item worth only £23.09..I don't know who the hell they are Employing to package up the Items?..I would Not recommend these Crooks and I won't be shopping with them anymore.

horrible experience

I made a purchase and while looking at tracking and it saying an invoice is missing so a delay. I emailed them asking what is going on and nothing. then i see it say return to sender did a live chat saying it wont get shipped to me so need to reorder or refund i chose refund. they gave me a confirmation i look at the email and it didnt give me whole refund missing the shipping i paid for that is 49.50 usd so 70 bucks missing. i do another live chat they say i got a refund and said just on my item not on shipping so then they refunded me that part they say anything else they can do i said do i get a confirmation number there response was... like i mentioned you will get it in an email with in 24 hours. now i got the refund but because of exchange rate difference still missing 7 bucks. yes thats not alot but its the principal i dont get my order because someone didnt put an invoice and less money. will never purchase again

fast delivery in the Netherlands

I ordered a minnie mouse my first christmas ornament for my newborn little girl and it looks great.
The ornament came in a few days already to me in the Netherlands. Great service!
My almost 3 year old boy has mickey mouse. Next christmas the ornaments will be hanging side by side in the christmas tree. Can't wait.

Absolutely shocking service.

Absolutely shocking service.
Ordered the new ahsoka lightsabers (which aren't cheap) to arrive 2 days before my sons birthday. 4 days AFTER his birthday they tell me it hasn't even been packaged yet and is sill processing (almost a full 2 weeks after ordering and paying). Tried to cancel item (because it hadn't even been packaged or sent out) and they wouldn't even let me do that.
Worst service I've ever had from a website.

Awful customer service

Ordered a toy for grandson birthday stated delivery was 20 Oct. 5 days later still not arrived i sent them an email that they acknowledged but did not reply to. Awful customer serice.

Very bad. Avoid this and go to Amazon unless you want to wait weeks for your item and to be told they don’t have the size and then keep your money
