Shameful service

Shameful service, Item was ordered 2 weeks back, I live in south London so I’m 45 minutes from the store and I received a delay notification 1 week ago to say the item is due today.

The item hasn’t arrived today so I’ve contacted the helpline which has taken 45 minutes to connect me with someone and I’ve been told it will be another 7 days which now means 21 days I have waited.

It’s a complete joke at least with Amazon you can get the item within 24 hours, you’d truly expect more from one of the biggest company’s in the world.

Updated 23/09: order has been cancelled without any update on it 🤦‍♂️

Avoid unless you want a disappointed child

Still waiting for my order that I placed 2
Weeks ago, delivery date has passed. I’ve sent emails, messages on Facebook after waiting over an hour on the phone I have just been told the item is out of stock. This same item is still showing in stock online, after I questioned this he then changed his mind and said it may be still in stock in the warehouse and he would have to check. I’ve asked to cancel this order, there goes my daughters outfit for Disneyworld. AVOID this company I’m not sure what has happened as they were always brilliant!

i ordered a present for my granddaughters birthday ordered on 26/08/2023 and still not arrived after getting no reply from email i phoned them and got told still in warehouse they having tech issues but i would get it this week nothing arrived so phoned again and same story apart from would not get it for another 2 weeks so asked for refund and was told they can't do that at this time just told lies and then the phone went dead nothing on web page to say having problems and very unhelpful when you ring them stay well clear

Taken money but no goods

Still waiting on order which I placed on the 21st August. Had a call back and manager promised it would arrive by the 4th September. Called again today and they told my call has been escalated to a manager and my order is still at their depot. Not even been shipped. What a con. Taken my money but no goods. These people are meant to be a high end company but are thieves.

Poor service, items not dispatched, no commuication

Express delivery option offered online but not available at checkout. Live chat requests robotic and unable to offer any help. Delivery time stated as 7 days, no delivery, turns out it hasn't even been dispatched. No communication. Emails send you in lopos from one automate answer to another. Will not shop here again

Terrible service

Terrible service! Ordered a gift for my nephew his birthday has passed, three weeks later still waiting. Spoken to customer services three times and promise it’s coming, I’ve asked to cancel it yet they won’t. Don’t order from this company

Item arrived returned 2 days later on 12th currently 28th no refund says within 14days dark saber 180 then Disney offered free murmaid key which I didn't order so I returned dark saber they asked for key to be returned also which I didn't order long story avoid Disney store UK no help from head office nothing ebay Amazon is quicker turn around also paid extra for next day shipping item arrived 8 days later Still currently waiting on refund and no help on chats emails nothing UPDATE DISNEY got touch say didn't receive the return so I sent pictures of tracking shows delivered to Disney store thr evri so can't claim as they delivered it to Disney and Disney said they don't have it and receipt is no good 🤔🙃😞 avoid Disney store UK tracking doesn't lie ...... don't know what there at

Disney take advantage of the Vulnerable

Much the same as everyone else here
They are withholding my refund although they emailed me to say my parcel is lost told me a manager would be in touch within 5 working days it’s been 10 and they no longer reply to my emails

Disney plus is shockingly bad!

Disney plus is shockingly bad!. I am on holiday in Thailand and I have been blocked. It says to contact customer services. But doesn't allow me login from Thailand for suspicious activity! On top of all the other issues I have with it I cannot recommend it. Netflix and Prime work just fine. Disney is the worst streaming app and I have them all

I’m thankful for places like this being around after a lot of places closed or downsized. I’m a kid at heart and my daughter seems to like Disney the same as I did so hopefully we can continue another generation.

I placed two orders and when I complained that they are late, the answer was that the warehouse is very busy, without giving me any delivery date.
At another time I bought a jacket that was returned for being of low quality. Plus the return section on the website isn't working.

Worst service ever still can’t get my money back although they confirmed the return which was sent back unopened after I refused delivery as per the instruction I received proof that I never got the refund has been sent I’ve emailed them 5 times abs no response I have never ever experienced anything like this they are an absolute disgrace PLEASE DONOT BUY frond them I will never again

Had so many issues with the online…

Had so many issues with the online website that I don't even shop there anymore. Only shopped at the physical store the only time I visited Disneyland since they closed all the stores down. Won't be buying disney items until the stores come back, target disney stores are a joke so far.

Ordered a comforter for my Son 11/17/22…

Ordered a comforter for my Son 11/17/22 and it is 12-19-22 and still no comforter. Called customer service to hear a replacement had been sent out (I never got anything) as was told 9 days ago to allow 5-7 days, still no comforter. I called to cancel and they claim they can't cancel even though it hasn't even shipped. Don't waste you time or money on anything Disney. Had to open a dispute with paypal
