Absolute nightmare. Cannot contact anyone regarding support re when to expect deliveries. One a replacement for a parcel that “got lost” we have an autistic granddaughter who fixates so has chosen something only available via Disney. Original parcel lost. !!!! Replacement supposed to arrive early this week. Plus another order neither arrived. Cannot contact anyone. Emails unanswered. Wait in live chat get to number 3 disconnects has happened 4 times. No answer on calls. Absolute disgrace.

This relates to Disney Store UK. I wished I had looked at the reviews here before ordering. Orders are delivered by Evri (previously Hermes), my order was eventually delivered a week late and only after I demanded a refund from Disney as the order hadn't arrived. Be advised that it is Disney's responsibility to chase the courier, not yours. I will personally never use them again.
I'd give it zero stars if I could.

After weeks and weeks of trying to get an exchange for a dress that is the wrong size, I have been told I can only get an exchange if I go into the physical store (which is 7 hours away from me)
I have been told there is nothing more they can do and that's that. The store isn't cheap at all so I'm now stuck with something that cannot be used and I'm £50 short.

Placed an over on the 28/11/22. Stated delivery by 3/12/22. Phoned Customer service yesterday 1/12/22 was zero help, phoned again today and once again not helpful basically item comes when it comes but hasn’t been dispatched. I will not be ordering from disney again seems the service is unfortunately declining hence why there has been majority of store closures.

Couldn’t fault customer service was fantastic. Order Christmas gifts for my little girl when the package arrive it was open and smashed to bits and the driver laughed at me. I noticed the princess dress was missing I was gutted as I new this would make her day on Christmas. I message Disney and the customer service I received was fantastic offered a refund

another victim of the Disney £60 mystery box scam, at first, they tried telling me I didn't complete the order properly,
Then tried telling me the products I ordered wasn't subject to the deal then sent me a list of items "not" subject to the £60 mystery box deal, I explained this was all good but considering I didn't order any items on the list and if they actually bothered to look at my order properly and stop passing the blame and for the umpteenth time where is my mystery box. turns out they ran out on friday night yet still continued to promote the deal to rob and steal from as many people as possible.
never in a million years would I have expected this kind of blatant robbery from DISNEY of all companies but just like Gas and Electric they have jumped on the band wagon...
I will be taking this as far as possible until I get MY $60 mystery box, trading standards have been notified and never in the rest of my life will i ever purchase anything from the disney store, id rather pay 2/3 times more if needed

Absolutely disgusting customer service, I ordered 6 Star wars figures online via klarna payments, payment was taken , but no order confirmation via email from Disney !! Emailed them at the contact us page 3 times, still no reply, so phoned Disney told 6 times to chat to someone via Disney chat live and send a screen shot of proff of payment, even though the Disney chat has been OFFLINE for the past few days, all you get is the chat live will be down for 20 mins when you phone , really it's been down for days, you just get fobbed off !! Take your money and don't even send you your order or even reply back to you regarding your inquiry!! So I have no order and no refund !! This order was suppose to be a birthday present !! Klarna payments can't refund the money due to Disney not responding or send me confirmation that am not receiving my order !! Will not be ordering from here again, only reason I did is the Disney store is the only place that sell the Star wars figures !!!!
Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service, absolutely no indication of care. Never had a company refuse to just flat out offer any support or compensation over a minor problem. Would no recommend using there online store. Also very difficult to find were to log a complaint in there website.

orders incorrect and shocking customer service
ordered some sliders, t-shirt and a tent and paid for next day delivery. Sliders and t-shirt arrived on the second day. The sliders were incorrect size. I used the online chat and asked for the correct size to be sent and the ones i had ordered - was assured this has been done and i would get them the next day. They have still not arrived and apparently can not give me tracking details. I asked about the tent was told this was due to be delivered on the 3rd day. They said that they would reimburse me my shopping i asked for a goodwill gesture. Was told that someone would contact me. Now on day 4 no replacement items for the ones that were sent out incorrectly and was told that they would not offer a good will. Now i have sat in for 4 days for deliveries that all should have come next day and more to the point the second member of staff has emailed and said they wouldn't offer goodwill and still cannot tell me when the replacement item will be sent out as there is no tracking ref on the order. The email that was sent was that they wouldnt give me a discount, i replied with that i hadnt asked for a discount and this email basically came back again stating the same thing - now they are either not reading through what my actual complaint is or they do not care. This is Disney and clearly majority of items are for children and they do not care that items for children that have been brought and paid for are not delivered. Quick t take the money but not so quick at ensuring that the items get delivered.

Ordered a light up mulan castle arrived faulty not just a little faulty but is was absolutely disgraceful to send that out to a customer with the price we pay.sent it back 10 days ago still have not received the refund.quick enough to take your money.will not order from disney ever again its not about the magic it's all about the money.

Box and contents arrived in a dreadful state
Box arrived in a dreadful state, wet, ripped, open and a poor attempt to tape up was made. Outfits inside were damp and unusable due to damp smell once dried. Customer service just did not care! No gesture of goodwill told me to return the £120 order, which it will be.

Orders don’t arrive and terrible customer service
Three times now since December items have been shipped but they never arrive. Huge hassle of chasing and waiting to be told the courier has ‘lost’ my order. The same courier has delivered other orders to my address from different companies with no issues. Shocking customer service and no offer of any goodwill gesture. Hilariously I was offered express delivery on an order that was already two weeks late and I was expected to be grateful for this. Terrible and disappointed as there are no longer stores which means we cannot access the lovely Disney items which my children love
Damaged Items and Poor Customer Service
Items arrived damaged and no replacement provided by Disney. They simply asked me to dispose of the damaged items safely? Customer Service is terrible and no way to escalate complaints. They don’t participate in Alternative Dispute Resolution so there is no recourse. I would not recommend using this company.

Ordered Christmas gifts for my daughter and they arrived broken. Called on 26th December for replacements and they never arrived. Hermes lost replacements but eventually found 1 item which arrived again broken. Called for refund, was told 5 days. Refund never arrived in account. Called back and was told another 5 days , totally unacceptable, refund still has not arrived , joke of a company, poor quality products, customer service agents who can hardly speak English but know the word sorry.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE ONLY PROBLEMS AND BARRIERS IF YOU RECIEVE FAULTY PRODUCTS.

Used a discount code in good faith, was assured in Disney live web chat it would be honoured…they then lied to me and completely ignored me! Totally opposite to their public image of magical…deceitful and ignorant…appalling customer service!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!
Shipping rip off, terrible customer service
Received a purse for Christmas that my husband paid $41 for shipping, go on later & shipping is $17.95. Price gouging shipping for Christmas? It wasn’t even express mail, ups surepost the cheapest shipping option. Decided to return it & now it’s sitting waiting for pickup for days, customer service reps are clueless. Beyond frustrated with it all, they should’ve kept the stores open! Plus the free shipping option on $75 has to be a promo code, I guess they count on people missing that so they can charge shipping. Don’t think I’ll be ordering anytime soon, so much for a magical day!
Lies not good for reputation
Ordered Christmas present using a discount code to later gave an email cancelling order stating falsely that items were out of stock yet still being sold in their website. Deceitful and dishonest. Wouldn't use again following this as its not a company I could trust
