I've never received a package. The packages are always 'lost' or 'broken'. This time, order november 3th, I haven't got any money back. Twice they've promised me a total refund, but I am not receiving anything.
So don't order, this is fraud.

If there is an error on your site then I can understand orders having to be cancelled but your email about items being out of stock was just deceitful. I can’t trust your company any more.

As everyone else has stated below. Bought 3 items using a code, plus paid the extra and shipping. A day later I was emailed to say items were out of stock. Still not been refunded the extra I paid. Dreadful service. They obviously made a mistake but are willing to lose customers because of it. Mickey Mouse company!

Disney store has gone downhill! Cancelled all my orders without any explanation. Tried to get in contact but been completely ignored. Avoid! Everyone needs to report to trading standards.

Same as everyone above. Used a code for 3 different orders, the next day all orders cancelled due items out of stock even though you can still order everything off their website. Now I’m trying to get refunds as they were quick to still take my money even though their emails say you will not be charged!

Ordered and paid for 2 different orders ( for myself and mum) on Friday, money has been taken out of my account. Have just received an email stating all my orders has been cancelled due to out of stock. Which is a lie as you can still buy the items on their website. I am not very happy as its been 3 days since I ordered and was ment to receive the order on Wednesday. I have currently not had a single penny back for the orders.

I place an order using a discount code, payment was accepted and left my account. Later in the day I received an email stating my order was cancelled as my items were out of stock. I went back on the website to check and the cancelled items were in stock to purchase but the discount code was no longer valid!
Plus the Disney store has failed to give me a refund!!
I spoke to customer services who confirmed that my order was actually in stock…they cancelled my order because I used the discount code that they believe was not valid. I asked if it was not valid why did it work and why did it information on the discount code say it can be used between 1-31st December 202, she said it was a systematic error and said head office is looking into the matter. I requested for the purchase to be honoured as they have not given me a refund, and I was told they can’t!! Never shopping with the Disney Store again!!

ordered a few last minute gifts for my neice - order accepted and receipt and order confirmed - then wake up today to find they apparently have no stock left = complete lie. seems im not only person they done this too. have to wait for refund so cant buy anything else till that money gets back to my account - thanks alot disney - will never buy from you again

I ordered with Disney, as i'm sure with many others using a discount code which appears was a mistake/not protected. Disney themselves have not addressed the issue and i'm aware some people really abused the situation. When speaking to Disney yesterday i was actually assured that my items would be delivered for them to be cancelled later in the evening. Yet in the email instead of owning up to what actually happened, i was told my items are all out of stock yet i can go online and order them straight away/not showing out of stock.So a clear lie by Disney, which I feel like i've been lied to several times by Disney over the past 24hours.
If they had just owned up and given a complimentary % off this may have helped as we all know these will no doubt go in the sale on boxing day but as it stands Disney have just made it worse.
To add to this, I paid through paypal and have received no notification of a refund, in fact my payment says sent. I even took this up with paypal who confirmed Disney has not requested the amount to be refunded. So now I have no order and Disney still have my money which I am now fighting to resolve. Really thought better of Disney Store before all this. Everyone you speak to spins you a different lie or just cuts you off...
