Cancelled all of my order with no…

Cancelled all of my order with no explanation as to why. I can only assume it was due to the discount code I used.
The email says I haven’t been charged but online banking says different.
Shameful Disney.
Reading other reviews looks like a pattern is emerging I wonder if all the other cancelled orders contained the same discount code. Mmmm🤬

I placed some orders for Christmas presents and they have just cancelled them without reason!! Absolute rubbish will never use or recommend Disney again to anyone!!

Cancelled my order for no reason

Cancelled my order for no reason. Have nothing to get for Christmas now. Understand why all stores were closed down as even the closing down sales were ridiculously overpriced. Avoid.

Bought present for my daughter’s birthday at that time there is offer price. Never arrives - contacted customer service was told the item is now out of stock so they cannot send for replacement - asked if I can get a one size bigger as my daughter really wants the dress - they asked me to pay full price despite there is promotion going through - what a joke. Worst customer service ever and my poor girl waiting for week for her dress which never arrives. Disney closing their stores everywhere but their customer service is terrible they will lost customers quick enough

Do not order from Disney

Do not order from Disney! THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Will be reporting it to trading standards as soon as possible. Absolutely appauled. Please everyone record your calls before you call them. Have stolen my money and items. NO delivery attempt made.

Avoid disney online

Orderd 3 matching christmas pyjamas all personalised with our names on , they mixed up 2 names on the order. I contacted them right away when the items arrived and said they would send out replacements as the sizes or still in stock. 10 days later I get a email my size is no longer in stock and have sent the baby's out. Refused to do any refunds the level of customer service was a disgrace was my 1st time using the online store and will never use it again

Terrible company refused to refund despite proof it was returned

Terrible company. Places an order and changed my mind asked to cancel under distance selling regulations they said I could not, so I returned it all. They are telling me I did t and refusing to refund all of my order. I have sent over 30 emails every time a different person a different set of answers. No one willing to actually take ownership provide answers. Terrible company now getting credit card company involved
Do not use this shambles of a company they are a disgrace

Took extra money without authorisation!

I wish I had read these reviews before placing my order! I placed an online order that totalled £66, later that day I noticed a further £40 was taken from my bank in a separate transaction without my authorisation. I queried this the next day and was told the matter would be investigated and could take 3-5 days. When I said I was not happy with the time to refund MY money, they stopped communicating with me. The money was finally refunded 7 days later without an apology or even an email to say it had been refunded. Beware of the online store and always check your bank account as they take money without authorisation!!!

Avoid

Avoid. Have ordered 3 times in the last year. Each time items have arrived damaged / broken. The items sent out are often seconds. Requesting a refund and arranging a return is incredibly difficult on the website - one of the worst I’ve ever encountered from such a large chain (and I rarely need to return things). Incredibly disappointing. Would prefer to purchase the same items via a 3rd party seller than direct again.

Received my item that had obviously…

Received my item that had obviously been used as the labels were off and the bag had been ripped open. I had used a discount code which has now expired and they want me to re order but without the discount code, it is there fault I need to re order so should honour the discount price. Wish I had read the reviews it seems this store has gone down hill with its customer service etc. Won’t be using again.
