Highly recommend!
Had the windows and door installed in January. I dealt with Kevin, who gave me an unbeatable quote.
The installation team was spot on: quick and cleaned up after themselves. The materials are great, I've already noticed a difference in my gas bill.
I also really appreciated Kevin's suggestion to use acoustic glass for the front window because of the road noise. It was definitely worth it.

We had all new windows to the front of our property, new front near and new rear patio door.
Quotes were received very quickly and communication has been great through the whole process.
The fitters were great - very polite and tidy.

I’ve just had my front and back doors replaced by Kevin’s wonderful company. I’m so glad I chose Kevin over all of the other companies. There was no inflated prices to be haggled down, it was just straight up a really good and fair price. And when it came to getting the doors fitted, there was something that is very rare these days, brutal Honesty, Kevin called me to tell me that the back door had been made incorrectly and he wasn’t happy and he’d asked for it to be remade. I went to look at the door and I couldn’t have told you it was faulty it looked perfect. A week later the new one was fitted and they even fitted my cat flap for me and cleaned up. I couldn’t possibly recommend Destinctive windows and doors any higher. They have been amazing from start to finish and if I ever need anything again I’ll be calling Kevin.

I would like to thank Kevin for my beautiful windows and doors. The pricing was competitive straightforward, gimmicks.
The survey and work were scheduled as soon as contract agreed and everything went as planned.
The fitters were experienced, knowledgable and the work was completed on time and all the rubbish removed.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Distinctive Windows and Doors to anyone, you will not be disappointed.

We only had a new porch added to the front of the house but nothing was to much trouble for Kevin. Very helpful and very professional. A first class job. We would certainly use Distinctive Windows again.

Could not recommend distinctive doors and windows enough. From the first visit, Kevin made me feel at ease and not pushy. Price more than reasonable and whilst we had a few snags they were dealt with swiftly and not issues. Fitters were clean, tidy and conscientious. Absolutely delighted with my new windows and doors.

Kevin was ace! We changed our minds a lot, and he never once sounded annoyed or stressed. The fitters were great. Very clean, tidy and efficient. The windows and doors are lovely. Class A service from start to finish.

The whole experience of having my doors and windows replaced was second to none. Kevin came out to give me a quote explained what I would be getting from him and the company also kept in touch through the whole process excellent Paul came out to do the final measurements and checks also very professional and informative of what we were going to get also excellent. Then came Darren and Jacob the fitters respected my family and property could not fault Darren’s work from start to finish. When the front door was delivered it stayed on the van as Darren seen a little mark on it and refused to accept it even the little finishing touches brilliantly done. His timekeeping and housekeeping was excellent. Just a satisfying and beautiful experience from Distinctive Windows team.

Great initial site visit from Kev - discussed the doors I wanted for our summer house agreed the concept, quote was sent that evening and then the surveyor came out on a Sunday due to my shift pattern.

Kept in the loop in regards to the progress by Kevin, install date agreed. 8am the doors was delivered by the supplier followed by Two great installers Darren & Hayden arrived, I knew it was going to be a challenge given the nature of the apature of the room. We discussed lots of options with regards to the trim, they even nipped out to change some of the trim. End result, looks mint! Definatley recommend no pressure in terms of a sales pitch, and will use them again.

i want to start with a massive thank you to Kev and his team who have done an amazing job on fitting my new kitchen window and bi-fold doors with integrated blinds inside the glass. My wife and i couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish Kev and his team have been honest, professional and punctual from the moment they quoted the price to the moment they left my house. i would definitely recommend to anyone and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.

I recently had all of my windows and doors replaced with Distinctive Windows. I received three or four quotes and they were the most reasonable, I also found Kevin to be the most transparent and responsive and I felt that I was in a safe pair of hands.
The order and fitting process was simple and has hassle free. The guys that came out to do the fitting were extremely conciderate of the fact I had recently renovated the house internally and were very careful.
Overall a great experience and I would hight recommend.

Understood the urgency to replace a broken patio door. Despite issues with our wall the gent has done an amazing job and kept me updated throughout. The door is amazing and all done at a very competitive rate. All old door and frame removed and everywhere cleaned before he left. Cannot recommend enough.

Had new composite door,so thrilled with it ,superbly fitted, everything left so tidy. Cannot fault this company,so friendly and efficient. Already had bow window fitted by them.

Great service and high quality windows. Kevin was great and communicative to deal with, and was able to provide a quotation from photos. He then sent John the surveyor round who did a a great job taking measurements and advising on final designs. Kevin kept us updated on timelines and Darren, who fitted the windows did a brilliant job. He was efficient and tidy and we are very happy with our new windows!

From the getgo speaking to Kevin, nothing to much trouble. Darren and Collegue have done an amazing job of fitting our windows and door, to a very high standard. nothing to much trouble, and always cleaned up after they finished for the day. Excellent Service, definitely use again and recomend to others.
