From enquiry to fitting of my new front door Distinctive Windows were fantastic. I don't have a standard size front door and Kevin was knowledgeable in which model I could have. Great service and price.

All round a great experience using this company. We have had 6 windows fitted in our 1800's terrace house in North Wales.
The entire process from quote to job completion was quick and painless.
The fitters Darren and Hayden arrived on time, were very polite, extremely clean & their workmanship was to a very high standard. Where damage had to be made to remove some very old windows, Darren explained the situation and did an excellent patch up job.

Kevin was super professional and polite. He explained everything fully, and gave me honest advice in order for me to get the best look and quality from my choice in windows.
The fitters did a great job, they accommodated for my house being in a stripped out state and didn’t leave the slightest mess. They called to inform of any issues and to get my preferences on how the windows are to be completed.

Overall a great company, price was reasonable, quality of product is great and quality of service is above and beyond. If you want good quality and price, this is the company to choose.

Purchased 4x bedroom and 2x bathroom windows.
I wanted a 'non-standard' product and this was researched and sourced quickly by Distinctive Windows and Doors.

Overall service was really quick and products were exactly as expected.

An error with the fitting of one window (caused by a third party), was resolved quickly and without drama.

I highly recommend Distinctive Windows for replacement doors and windows. Professional, knowledgeable and friendly from start to finish. Kevin was efficient and non pushy when quoting, very reasonable price with plenty of advice also. The installation team were also extremely competent, and completed the work tidily efficiently and to a high standard. Any queries I had in-between Kevin answered without delay so I was happy with all aspects of the service.

Fantastic service from Kevin, Dean and his team. From the first meeting to the finished job it was excellent. I bombarded Kevin with numerous questions and nothing was to much trouble for him. Dean the fitter and his gang worked extremely hard to get the job done as specified and cleaned up as they went. Kevin and the team were excellent. The design process for the windows and door was great, with Kevin helping us to achieve what we wanted, but pointing out design concerns to consider, which helped us.
We had a small scratch on a pane but Kevin changed it without question.

Just had a composite door fitted by these guys. Dealt with window companies before who give it the hard sell then pester you for a sale. Not these guys, Kevin gave me a price then left it down to me no pressure or pushing. We decided to go ahead as the price was very competitive & other reviews on here speak for themselves. Surveyor came & all good & went very smoothly. The door was ready to be fitted within 2 weeks. We booked a date convenient both for ourselves & the fitter.

Delighted with my new windows from this company. Kevin was very professional during our initial meeting and very knowledgeable regarding my design options. The order process through to fitting was very efficient with great e-mail and telephone communication. Work done by Darren and Aidan was excellent, executed extremely efficiently finished to a high standard. They respected my property, very clean and tidy and made me feel like a valued customer. Our experience with Distinctive Windows and Doors was great - from the initial quote, final designs, then installation with Dean and Hayden.

I deliberately waited a few months after installation before writing this review to see how our windows and doors held up over some colder winter months. I'm happy to say our house is a lot warmer!

Because of the size of our job, we looked to get a good number of quotes from other local companies as well as some of the national ones. I'm really pleased with our experience and glad we chose Distinctive. Kevin was very professional and accommodating - there were no pushy sales tactics. He helped us to choose our final designs, we sent back and forth some ideas of shapes and sizes, changing to add Georgian bars etc.

We replaced every piece of glass in the house! We eventually chose 9 PVC casement windows (including a large bay window and another very large window upstairs), a 3 panel aluminium bi-folding door, new front and back doors and 2 large floor to ceiling glass sides on our enclosed corner porch.

The whole installation with Dean and Hayden took 7 days. Working all day from 9-5 including Sat and Sun! They must have consumed several gallons of tea. We are really pleased with the finish. There was attention to detail which makes a big difference, such as the trims both inside AND outside the frames. Trims that frame the outside really enhance the look of the windows.

Communication was always top notch. We were replacing our roof at the same time as replacing windows - the installation guys worked with our roofers to replace lead flashing so we have got a fantastic fit and finish.

We had a couple of issues which Kevin sorted for us no problem. One of the frames on the expensive bi-fold door was not manufactured properly to fit a handle - but a replacement was sorted within a few weeks. We also had a problem with one pane of glass misting up - but again this was promptly sorted.

I would happily recommend Distinctive Windows and Doors.

All members of the company that I was involved with were professional and knowledgeable about doors and windows.

I would like to thank Kevin, Dean & Taylor for a fantastic job on fitting my new windows and doors. When Kevin came to give me a quote there was no hard sell, no pressure to buy very professional. When Dean & Taylor came to remove my old single glazing and fit my new windows and doors they were very polite nothing was too much trouble for them. They cleaned up everything left no mess. The new windows and doors make my house look fantastic and so much warmer. I would recommend them to anyone looking for new double glazing, excellent company and great staff.
