Absolutely love my new door! The whole process has been so easy, no hard sell, no bartering, just help and advice in choosing a great door. Thanks to Kevin and the whole team. Especially Dean who has installed it without a hitch and gone the extra mile by also hanging my new post box. 100% recommended and will definitely be buying my windows and doors for here in future.

I wanted to use a local company and I was really impressed with Kevin and Distinctive Windows. There was no hard sell, just sensible advise. All those involved have been polite, well-mannered and efficient. Simple ordering process. Loads of choice and delivered within time frame. Door looks brilliant. Thank you.

Just had a full house and soffit, guttering done by Distinctive windows.
The reason I chose them above a few others was eventually down to their trust pilot reviews. As they had such I high score I queried this with Kev the owner and he assured me they were all true.
Well I am now adding my 5 star review to sit alongside all of the satisfied customers. From beginning to end I found this company professional, honest and delivered on time.
The two guys who did the work Dean and Taylor were excellent, courteous and hard working throughout.
But at the end if the day its the quality of the workmanship that stands out.

On first encountering this company, what we most appreciated was the straight talking approach, with sound knowledge and extensive experience behind it. This gave us confidence that the work would be completed to a high standard. We were also impressed with the explanation behind the very competitive quote.
Having now had our doors and windows replaced, we couldn't be happier with the whole experience. The workmen arrived promptly each day and worked their socks off. At the same time, they took great care with the finer details of the finish to each door and window. They were also very diligent about clearing up and cleaning, showing respect for our property generally. More importantly, we felt the workmen were trustworthy, not to mention a pleasure to have around.
Now we can sit back and enjoy the quality of both the product and the workmanship, which we consider to be great value for money.
This is clearly a company with very high standards - a heartfelt thank you to all concerned.

Day 2 of 2. Really pleased with the finished result. I took the trouble to review before completion due to the attitude of the fitters. Dean and Aiden are 2 top lads. From start to finish it has been very easy buying our new windows from Distinctive. Well happy and would reccomend if you want a good job at a reasonable price without the pressure sales. One of my sealed units had become misted, after contacting Kevin the unit has now been replaced under the guarantee. The work was carried out by Paul, who obviously has a lot of experience and takes great pride in a job well done.

Absolutely brilliant service from the initial visit to the installation.
No hidden agenda, competitive price no salesman pitch, no initial inflated price of which you had to negotiate which we had with other companies.
Kevin was extremely helpful and very professional.
Installation team was equally as professional arrived on time each morning very polite, clean and tidy too so much so you wouldn't have know that they were in the house.
Would highly recommend.

So I needed to replace my patio doors with French doors. Kevin from Distinctive Windows was recommended to me by a work colleague. I called him initially for a chat and a quote. Within a few hours Kevin was at my house, measuring up and discussing all the ins and outs with me. We had a deal and everything Kevin said they would do has been done. Today I am the proud owner of French doors. The quality is outstanding. They were installed with minimum fuss and everything was cleared up, removed and left spick and spam. Would highly recommend this company.

I have used this company before . First class windows and exceptional service

We had all our windows and doors replaced by distinctive windows about 2 years ago. We were really happy with Kevin’s service. The installers and the windows themselves. We’ve had a few adjustments needed as the windows bedded in and these have been sorted out straight away.
Would 100% recommend

No pressure sales pitch. Timely updates/communications. Friendly staff. Excellent attention to detail/quality of workmanship by the fitters/installers. The conservatory has been totally transformed. Wish I’d done it sooner. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Distinct conservatories

Was passed Kevins number from a work colleague and have to agree with his views. Got the whole house done., Kevin gave a really competitive price and communicated all the way through till we was all done. The Fitter Dean was amazing. No sales waffle and excellent to deal with. Angie explained clearly what would be done and the price was reasonable. Everything went according to plan and I now have a home office I can use all year round. Shaun and Dylan did a great job of the fitting and were polite and tidy.

This company were highly recommended to me but having been let down & almost ripped off by other companies, I was slightly dubious.

My fears were put to one side as soon as I met Angie. She turned up on time, was professional, friendly, & gave me honest advice, together with ideas to maximise the light in our conservatory whilst saving money.

The quote was literally half of all the other providers so again, I was a little nervous. However, I need not have been. The fitters were fantastic, they removed our old, ugly conservatory & replaced it with a striking, modern one, complete with a tiled roof, floor to ceiling windows (stunning!) & velux windows.

The fitters worked their socks off, sweltering in the August heat, always with a smile on their faces. They were a joy to have around. Each day they told and showed me what they’d done & left the place spotless (the sign of a good tradesperson is one who takes their shoes off when they enter your house…& these guys did!).

I had an issue with the French door but Angie came round and fixed it on the same day, very impressive.

The conservatory looks amazing and I am delighted. I would recommend them and am looking forward to working with them again on our next home improvement project 😊

We’ve Just had a tiled roof fitted on the conservatory with 2 velux windows Ange came out and gave us a no fuss price Shaun the fitter was polite punctual and had an eye to detail all in all an excellent job.

An excellent job from start to finish. The service was first class from the quote from Kev who explained the process in detail. The process including timescale and price was exactly as stated. Shaun who fitted our patio door was extremely tidy and a perfectionist.
