I found Sapphire on the internet and looked through their site as I had a problem with my home alarm.
I was a little unsure of the required part so looked, took photos and rang them. Despite an obvious model number that I would have used they corrected me based on their knowledge.
This meant I got the correct parts, whereas by myself I’d have got it wrong.
They sent me a link, I ordered, parts arrived and their advice online enabled a trouble free install. Exactly what I wanted and needed.

Excellent service
I placed an order for delivery to Sweden, unaware of profucts being incompatible with my existing equipment bought in Sweden. Saphire contacted me and informed me of the fact that the products differed in coding from what is sold here and asked if I still wanted the product. Naturally I wanted to cancel, which was accepted without any fuzz and I received an almost instant repayment. This I would say is really good service.
