Their web site says orders received before 13.00 hrs are shipped same day so I placed and order on Thurs around 18.00 hrs so they would have the order before 13.00 hrs on Friday. So was expecting delivery on Tuesday as it was a Bank Holiday. Nothing arrived so I phoned only to be told goods are sent 48 hrs after order received.

Other than that the goods were as shown on web site and my alarm system is up and running again.

Speedy delivery.great discrete product does the job very well.

Purchased a " PowerMaster 33" completely wireless alarm system. I decided to go for a DIY installation. The unit arrived as described "Next day" and was well rapped to protect the components. Fitting the control panel was quite simple - I also went for a mains supply as the control panel had a PSU fitted as standard. The keypad - and motion sensors where also a simple fitment. I opted for an extra motion sensor and two extra door / window sensor at the point of purchase. I cannot recommend "Sapphire Alarms" enough, had a couple of simple questions answered the following morning before 9am which sorted a small problem. 10 / 10 service

Called Sapphire to get an answer to a query I had they answered quickly and informatively, I ordered a new part on line, it arrived in less than 24 hours from the initial phone call. Can it get any better than that?

Just purchased a Texecom Premier Elite 24 alarm system. I am very pleased with the purchase, the guys at Sapphire Alarms were very helpful and ensured all the parts were compatible and I had everything I needed.
I installed it myself as a reasonably competent diy'er over a couple of days.
These are sophisticated alarm systems with a lot of options to configure, so make sure your happy to set it up if your doing your own installation.
I included the Connect SmartCom which enables me to monitor and control the alarm via my phone and configure via my home WIFI .- Very nice.
I would recommend using the Wintex pc app for any configuration, way easier than using the keypad. Also make sure you download the latest manual, they seem to add new feature quite frequently and the printed manual may be out of date with the online one.
I am very please with the system and would have no hesitation recommending.
