Matt the Advisor was extremely helpful in ensuring I purchased the correct blind for my study.....and in turn saving us £40 in the process....so was very grateful to receive genuine service that favours the customer.Providing product meets our expectation we will certainly consider using again.

Bought 5 shutters and outstanding aftercare
Bought 5 shutters, excellent quality and the finish is fantastic. People always compliment them in my home. The aftercare is outstanding, my daughter decided to bash the shutters open causing damage. The aftercare team (Ellie) sourced the slats for me to ensure that my beautiful shutter was back looking new. Response time to emails was very effective. Thank you again a very happy customer.

Made order application online for shutters
Able to make order application online which was straightforward with lots of helpful prompts.
A telephone call was received soon after the order was placed to confirm the details, some modifications made on advice from representative. This followed by a confirmation email re the order. Am looking forward to receiving the shutters.

When you place order online, make efficient use of confirmation call from their customer support. Especially if you are of a senior age. Familiarise yourself with metric and imperial and of course measurements. Measure three times and get people to check especially from DIY Shutters extremely helpful staff.
