Have ordered shutters previously from this company and they have always been excellent. Quality is great and the service and correspondence is excellent. Will always use them and can thoroughly recommend them.

From start to finish they made the whole process very easy. Lots of time to discuss best design options and then walked through the process step by step until it was the perfect design. Once confirmed delivery was very quick and the finished product is absolutely superb, we couldn't be happier with the quality of finish and the fantastic change it has made to the rooms. We have a couple more to design and we will definitely use DIY Shutters again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Ordering was really easy and they rang to run through the details before manufacture. The shutters arrived within a week and are good quality and precisely as ordered. We couldn't find a couple of the hinge pins and they send replacement ones out that day

I have used DIY Shutters on a number of occasions, and find the ordering process simple and straightforward. DIY Shutters dispels the myth that the only way to get good quality shutters is to use one of the overpriced suppliers.

Very easy to order on the website and clear information on what to expect.

I ordered a window shutter blind. Customer services rang me and I was extremely disappointed with how they treated me. I am female not an idiot! I was told that what I wanted would be better if I had it differently even though I said I didn’t want that maybe 4 times on the phone and in email. What they offered was ridiculous and would have looked stupid. The functionality of what they offered simply wouldn’t have worked with the set up of the room. This person put me off purchasing so I cancelled after really persevering with them to make it work. The website said I needed a T Barr so I had a T Barr and then they said because I won’t design it the way they suggest it wouldn’t be guaranteed but it took me three times to get that confirmation that there would be no guarantee. Wow I have never been put off a company before due to a sales agent treating me like an idiot and simply not listening. I will go elsewhere where I am treated like a human being not a stupid female!

So far I have found DIY Shutters very professional. They are not simply a company that takes your order and takes your money - there were a number of issues with my order that would have meant that the shutters would not have worked as well as they should. Matt, who I spoke to a number of times, talked me through these issues and explained them to me in a very clear and professional way and then offered me options and alternatives that would work better. So, so far, a very good customer experience.

Very happy with the shutters. Although long lead times which are understandable due to being made in China. Also reason for it being so cheep. Can't understand why people complain as we were well aware it was going to take 12 weeks at least to be delivered. Quality is good but have to say very easily damaged, very soft wood. Blinds look really good and you wouldn't be able to see the difference from the expensive blinds supplied by UK company's that fit them themselves.

Absolutely amazing 🤩 service ,love my new shutters excellent quality we ordered 4 panels on the Monday came the same week and they really look lovely so very happy.
