I ordered my dj equipment the delivery driver took a photo of this outside of my front door he obviously knocked on the door and there no ansa I never received my parcel which I am very up set about because I’ve spent money and don’t have my stuff so Yh I am up set about that I don’t understand is if you knocked the door and no one answered your supposed to take my stuff back to we’re you picked it up from

Our couriers say they were allowed into the building by someone in your apartment and that the unit was handed over. The unit was due for delivery yesterday, so we are currently investigating the matter.

Excellent service all round
Excellent service all round. The website was easy to use and the deals were great. I purchased a bundle and an additional bit of kit. I called to see if I could collect but they were being sent from a different warehouse, that wasn’t an issue at all because all the products were delivered the next day by 3pm. Excellent quality, great customer service, great prices. Couldn’t fault them one bit. Very friendly on the phone too.
