Price promise that isn't really a price promise
I hate companies that offer a price promise but don't deliver.
A price promise tricks consumers into thinking they are getting the best deal when in reality they are not.
I found an item cheaper not just on 1 site but 6, 5 of which the item was £225 which is a saving of £64 compared to DJKit. and 1 site selling at £259 which is a saving of £30.

Not impressed with customer service
Placed an order for next day delivery (Tuesday) as per the website availability. Then get a phone call saying delivery would be delayed till Friday because "it's Christmas". No warning on the website and nothing else I have bought recently has been delayed. As I needed the items for a gig I cancelled and ordered from a competitor who can get me the same items delivered by wednesday. Not a great experience at all.

Greg's expertise helped me choose the Alto Busker PA, which is perfect for my singing. The team showed honesty and patience, making me feel confident in my purchase. Communication was excellent, and the delivery was quick, especially considering past letdowns from other sites. My new decks arrived on time, and as always, the customer service was outstanding. I highly recommend djkit® for their impressive service. Four stars!
