I took my mother and father in law out…
I took my mother and father in law out for coffee and cake also brought there dog little shitzoo loved it staff all so nice from garden centre staff to the lovely restaurant staff made us laugh great team , more water bowls for dogs only 1 that was nearly empty but still good.

Smallish friendly garden centre
Displays of plants are well kept and look lovely. Staff are always around to give help and are always obliging.
It was a hot day and the restaurant was too hot, needed more ventilation, but we got a table outside to enjoy our drinks and cake.
Staff were all cheerful and friendly throughout.

Andover store experience, terrible upper management.
Went into the Andover store and was shopping. A young girl and a bald older man were talking to there staff in a disgusting way. It was not an enjoyable experience, I suggest they have a training session in management and people skills.

Terrible food
Went to Dobbies Andover and had the worst breakfast Ive ever had… and I’ve had a few! 2half of mushroom, 2 sausages hardly cooked, bacon inedible and half a burnt tomato!!! If you want good food go elsewhere
