Took lunch with family in Dobbies and…
Took lunch with family in Dobbies and we were treated to one of the worst displays of customer service I've seen in quite a while. The staff were under pressure due to staff absence but the behaviour and attitude of one particular staff member towards customers and her staff senior was disgraceful. FULL MARKS TO LUCY for handling things so well. Food has become overpriced.

Fantastic planting advice
We visited Dobbies Garden Centre near Atherstone today to choose plants for our new garden. We were given fantastic advice from Tracy. She was so knowledgeable and patiently went through all sorts of options that were suitable for our garden. She organised delivery for everything and set us up with a membership card as well. Thank you to Tracy for all her help.

Excellent
Just visited Dobbies in Atherstone and as expected for a B/H it was very busy.
The staff were worked off their feet but were amazing.
We had the tuna and mayo sandwich which because of the busyness we had to wait a while for but when it arrived it was worth the wait.
Overall our experience was a very positive one considering how busy it was
