Why no decent cafe anymore?
As a Wyevale, the cafe at Beaconsfield, always had a good selection of food and drinks. Since becoming a Dobbies, despite the wonderful staff doing their best, you have run this part of the business into the ground! Beaconsfield is an affluent town, and many people visit the centre, but not having a decent cafe is a disgrace! Why have you let this part of the business deteriorate so much? I suggest you franchise the cafe area out, and let someone make a success of it. Not only will it generate an ongoing rental income for you,but it will also bring more people in to spend their money on Dobbies offerings.

Good selection .
Enjoy walking around the centre and looking at the new plants that have arrived.
Unfortunately I do find that there are so many items that are not priced ….which are not the plants and I cannot be bothered to keep finding a member of staff to ask for the price. Perhaps more staff is needed !

Good experience of cafe and shop
We went to the cafe and were promptly served our drinks. We had them outside - please keep the outside seats available over winter because of Covid worries. Afterwards took advantage of 20% off to buy Xmas gifts.

Falsely accusing customers of ‘shoplifting offence’
Hello - Just a suggestion that you might like to give staff in your Beaconsfield branch some training in both customer service and the law. I used my own bag to carry some bulbs to the checkout, and as I unpacked them to pay, the lady on the checkout announced quite loudly that I had committed a ‘shoplifting offence’. When I politely pointed out that this was, in fact, not true (no intent, hadn’t left the store etc) she just carried on telling me that she was right…
