First time to Debbie's for a while . Usual good range of plants & lovely tea & cake in cafe.

Always come away with unintended purchases but very happy to do so!

I had called into Beaconsfield Bucks branch looking for specific item that initially couldn’t find
. Very helpful shop assistant Heather took the time to look up the item, a bird table in a catalogue . She was extremely helpful, after finding the one I was looking for was available, Heather then called a staff member to assist me. The gentleman staff member having got my item helped me to my car with it.
I am very pleased with my purchase , a concrete table with duck on the front and the very friendly service given. The item itself was very competitively priced also.

Visited to purchase a gift voucher. Easily done. No problem.

Entrance to Garden Centre there is a notice recommending joining their club for discounts and a free coffee. It took half an hour on their new computer system and then they took my subscription twice! The garden center referred me to head office. There seems to be no way to contact their accounts department to resolve this.

Helpful staff. Reasonable plant quality and price.
Would like to see a better supply of Calor gas propane cylinders (I have been trying to get a patio heater refill since March). Also, more choices on perennials would be good.

My friend and I went to have something to eat and drink. The service was great and the food excellent and the guidelines were being followed safely, she purchased some weed killer for her husband to use and I purchased some bird food and some orchid clips.

Staff in both the garden centre and cafe are excellent. I mentioned to the cafe assistant I was just going to buy a lawnmower and she offered to go and get an assistant to help me. He was very helpful and carried the lawnmower from the display, through the garden centre and to my car (via the till of course!). I'd previously asked a different assistant for advice on buying the lawnmower and he was very knowledgeable and helpful too. All of the cafe staff are friendly and efficient and make excellent coffee!

Enjoyable visit with plenty of excellent plants for sale attractively displayed. The area outside set aside for coffee is not very welcoming but service was excellent.

This store has never been well managed and my last experience confirmed my intention to avoid it if at all possible. There are never enough staff on the tills and the store is badly laid out which means customers are crammed together in a bottleneck by the till area. The staff have no idea of customer service. It needs a good manager who is attentive and responsive and acts quickly if there are long queues. On my last visit, not recorded by you because I didn’t buy anything, the queues at the checkout were so long and unwieldy that I put my purchases on the nearest shelf and left the store. I use garden centres to buy bird food and plants. I’m never going to do that in your Beaconsfield store again.

Ambience of tearoom was poor. Could have bee laid out better compared to other hatden centres. Short of items.
