Lovely staff. Great service. Good compost.
I buy my compost at Dobbies and every time they offer to load it in my car. I bought 14 bags yesterday and 2 lovely members of staff put my car seat down and loaded it all in the boot. They were really nice and friendly too. Brilliant service.

Lovely staff especially the lady…

Cleaning an issue
I’m not sure what’s happening to Dobbies lately. New staff in the restaurant don’t seem to want to be there. Cleaning seems to also be an issue, yes tables are wiped but the chairs and floor are covered in crumbs and stains and this was at 9:15. On the plus side it was looking very festive and we loved the polar bear display.

Lovely friendly staff
Lovely friendly staff, just not enough of them.
Also the coffee and cake section was out of service again so we had to queue for the restaurant area. Not a problem except that it was busy and the staff were run off their feel.

Long wait for drinks
Visited the Cirencester cafe yesterday to take advantage of the monthly free coffee . One poor lad serving , Only 6 people in front of us but waited 20 minutes then gave up . Very poor service . Three staff on the breakfast bar stood around doing nothing .
