Went, bought, left

Everyone was so pleasant and friendly. Service was excellent

Plants of high quality and service excellent at till.
However restaurant was not as good. Very limited snacks and cakes gir a Saturday. Everything we added for was not available until our third choice.
Staff were apologetic but we were very surprised.

Very good but disappointed there were no (gluten + wheat + dairy free products. There was only one or other

We went for our great grandsons birthday. 2 yrs old. Staff were brilliant treated the children that were there with kindness. We had a coffee and enjoyed the atmosphere,very lovely time had by all. The soft play area was great for the children very safe and always at least 1 adult keeping the children safe.

My friend and I visit Debbie’s on a Sunday for lunch ,we have been disappointed to find that although a roast dinner is on the menu it is not available

Employee very helpful and friendly. Item was incorrectly priced at the shelf edge however.

Our experience in the restaurant was awful. Ordered a sandwich for myself and sandwich and chips for daughter. My sandwich and daughters chips were brought out. After another 15 minutes I asked when daughters sandwich would arrive to be told they were out of stock. Unbelievable nobody told us and left us sitting waiting. Staff were clearly not trained and communication horrendous

Couldn’t find my card. Was given a temporary one .

Went to buy some plants everything ok lots of choice. Only issue was at the tills although someone did come and explain the systems were getting rebouted. Was good that we weren't waiting not knowing what was causing the queue.

I visited your store with my Mother and my son just for a coffee and a snack. But we HAD to look in your store and I came across your great supply of greetings cards. As I only have 1 event coming up I only purchased 1 of your cards but I will be back!

Great selection of plants, I went in looking for some bedding plants and a new planter. All the plants were very lovingly looked after. Prices fair and on a good deal. I’ve received so many compliments on the plants and they are flourishing! Also picked up a recommended soil and it’s fantastic - best soil I’ve used and it’s dobbies own. Really clean shop with great variety of homewear too!

Displays are well laid out and inviting.
A good range of plants, gifts, clothing, pet products and gardening paraphernalia. Not to mention the cafe, restaurant, fish keepers and Sainsbury.
The only problem is I always buy more than I intended.
Staff are friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
All round an enjoyable experience.

Got what needed no hassle and quick service

As usual it is a pleasure to visit Dobbies Dunfermline with a staff that is always available to help your needs. PS And the Scones are yummy. 😋😋

On our visit we enjoyed refreshments in your cafe. It was busy but the staff on the coffee etc counter worked as quick as they could but maintaining good service.
As an observation the ‘dining area’ was quieter and we could see clearly 4 members of staff chatting which did not give off a good impression to people standing queuing. Perhaps a supervisor should have picked up on this and utilized the staff better.
