Very unclear of what the card offer is. Very slow at the till.

I was overcharged didn’t realise until I checked my receipt, outdoor plants and trees very expensive.

We received helpful advice, and a wide range of bedding plants were available.

Dobbies is our place were we can unwind and enjoy our free coffee's every month.

Lovely garden centre ,lovely restaurant this is our garden centre where we go when we need to relax with a coffee and look at plants we think it's one of the best

We always use this Dobbies as it is the nearest one to us, I am a member of the Dobbies Plus Card and find this very useful with the offers it provides, discounts, free drinks etc ,I find the staff here very helpful and pleasant and the food in the cafe of good quality, having Sainburys in the centre is a good help as well .Overall I would recommend Dobbies to anyone as I have always been satisfied with them Thank You.

Dobbies has a good selection of stock with friendly staff. And a really good cafe.

Clean, tidy with good displays both inside and out . A good choice of plants for your garden .

Visited Dobbies at Gailey and went into the restaurant.We ordered some tuna cheese melt toasties and asked if there would be any cream scones on the offer of buy 1get 1 free, as this was 30mins before 2 o’clock we were told by Angie the chef and supervisor that she had just made a batch and that they would be ready for 2.Angie went above and beyond as she personally came to us asked how many we would like and while my daughter was paying bought them out on a plate directly to our table.She is a lovely lady with a heart of gold and nothing is to much.

Very pleasant and helpful assistant and managed to get what I wanted.

My husband and I are both Dobbies Loyalty Cardholders and visit regularly, both to buy for our garden and to enjoy the cafeteria. On the last occasion I returned some "blown" pots which were labelled frostproof (still had labels on!) but obviously weren't! I was dealt with courteously and fairly, and refunded. All staff we encounter are always the same: efficient, polite and friendly, and every visit is a pleasure.

Always good choice and quality, store is generally clean and tidy. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Especially like the dog friendly area in the restaurant.

The staff are always extremley polite and go out of ther way to help.
The restaurant staff always offer to carry your tray to the table.

Staff are not so good and are not very pleasant it’s the same every time we have been don’t care if they serve you or not

I always enjoy visiting Dobbies at Gailey the staff are always helpful and nothing is too much trouble. I just wish the queue for the cafe could be shorter suspect staff shortages.

Julie (sales assistant ) was very friendly helpful and knowledgeable in helping us find the correct type of climbing plants for privacy screen that we're putting up in our garden.
Karen ( Lady on till ) was also very friendly and helpful with our purchases.
