Good choice of things to buy both gardening and other goods and a clean well run restaurant with plenty of opportunity to relax with friends over a coffee and bite to eat.

Always get what I need here. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. The range of products always covers my needs and we get a cheeky cuppa too.

Afternoon tea with my family was brilliant.

Began with visit to toilets - clean and no problems.
Went for coffee - very nice and then shopped for plants. Not sure if I like the re-arranged store indoors (things weren't where we expected them) but understand seasonal variations are necessary in retail.
Bought some plants which have currently survived well - a bit pricey but long term survival is the key.

The cafe has changed considerably during my three years of use. The product has deteriorated in both choice and availability.
The tables are always full of used crockery and although the staff are usually quite friendly I feel so frustrated with the clutter that I have considered not going on numerous occasions.

The visit has a low score as despite visiting this store frequently over the last 3 years the standard of the restaurant and cakes has dropped significantly over this time and is very hit and miss.

We now prefer to visit other Dobbie's locations, in particular Shrewsbury.

My wife and I have been using Gailey for many years as it is local to us. We have always been pleased with the selection of goods available as well as gardening items throughout the year. We never feel that we should go elsewhere for what we need.

I returned an electrical item that was faulty and the staff at Dobbies were extremely pleasant and helpful.

Minor problem with our newly acquired loyalty card. Till operator was most helpful and the manager was excellent and sorted everything out efficiently. Most impressed

Useful break point for a coffee on a return journey from Kent.

We just popped in on the off chance having visited several places in the last 3 months looking fo a water feature ,we were over the moon to see one that we felt was just the one .Having walked around the store we picked up a couple of things and pleasantly surprised at the lay out of the store which was easy to wonder around ,we made our way to check out and asked if they had the water feature and your staff was so helpful at locating someone to check and yes you had just one both members of staff were so helpful and a credit to the store,we joined the Debbie’s club and look forward to a return visit in the not to distant future

I bought some seed trays ,marked up £1.99
Some plants x 2 , marked up at £4 each. Total £9.99. The till girl said the trays were £3.99 (marked up wrong )but would honour the £1.99 price There was a 20 % promotion day .So I should have been charged £7.99 yes .She had wrung up the £3.99 so she refunded my card £2.00 .When checking at home She had charged me £11.99 less the £2.00 refund ie £9.99.
So I never received the 20% discount. Naughty or what.

Enjoyed my experience at Dobbies, Gailey, Staffs,. Staff were polite. Breakfast was very tasty. Restaurant very clean.

Not always got all the things I require, tables in the restaurant they are slow to clear,
