Found everything we wanted, staff were very helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable .
Visited the restaurant good selections and again very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Lots of choice although we were looking to buy some bird seed and not all sorts were available however there was a delivery due l did purchase birthday cards of which there was a good choice.

Excellent - although very busy

Have been visiting Hare hatch Dobbies for about 9mths . Our nearest one used to be Atherstone branch . We didn’t realise just how great that one was but as these last months have taken us through such strange times we have come to like our nearest new one . The staff are always friendly and helpful the space is being used more effectively and the range of plants is growing. The restaurant tried very hard during times of fewer staff and the menu is improved. The staff here have been incredibly busy but always courteous and helpful . So thank you

Ok, no more and no less than I expect.

Just called in for quick visit to coffee shop. Before ordering informed 40 minute wait for food as they were busy and asked if wanted to go ahead? Decided to go ahead and food arrived in around 25 minutes, good portions, hot and person delivering apologised for delay.
Nipped in to food shop as convenient for couple of items.

Would be good if all items were priced as a few weren’t today and I didn’t buy them as couldn’t see how much they were.
The 20%off for club card holders is a good incentive however a lot of empty shelves, I expect it’s because the new Xmas items are coming in.

Would like to say that the staff in the cafe cope very well even when its busy especially the 3 older Men . They are always polite and efficient.

I was able to purchase the bulbs I wanted and also some kitchen items and food. All at sale price with the Dobbies card. You can't ask for more!

The lack of stock of plants and scrubs was a disappointment but that may be supply issues beyond your control. Staff were not well informed about what was expected and didn't offer to see if questions could be answered.
Would have been nice if they offered to check or refer me to someone who might know-could check.
