The quality of the plants we bought was very good and excellent value.
The staff, both in the shop and the restaurant, were most courteous.

We always enjoy Debbies Lelant.
We usually have breakfast which is superb with fab coffee, good service and which is great value.
The plants are healthy and well laid out, altogether a great experience.

We visit Dobbies regularly, the staff are pleasant and helpful and there is always a good range of plants to choose from.
We always visit the restaurant but this time we were shocked to find they are no longer doing main meals, as they have been downgraded to small cafe. This is disappointing and may well affect how many times we visit in the future. However at this time they were offering an all day brunch, which was good.
We were quite looking forward to seeing the Christmas menu but obviously this is no longer going to be available.

Garden centre is good .restaurant could be better. Not a big meal choice.

Our visit was a great experience. Parking was easy. We strolled around the garden centre, good quality plants were purchased as i am planting my garden. Went into the cafe after for cake and coffee. Ideal finish to the visit. Will certainly return again.

I purchased a dobbies plus card, but sent a normal card , the restaurant honoured the cups of tea , and reinstated with correct card post haste thankyou

Prices have gone up a lot since Dobbies took over from the previous owners. The restaurant menu has been drastically reduced and quite often they have run out of things.

The plants looked fresh and we'll displayed , and they were arranged for particular plants together. I liked the fact that there is an area where you can take your dogs if you want to have a coffee. The staff at the checkout were very helpful and friendly.

Healthy plants but disappointing otherwise. No garden sheds etc and hardly any hard landscaping. Wouldn’t use that particular store again

Excellent products and restaurant. Exceptional value for money

Bought daisies which are looking lovely in the gareen now . I did want some bulbs but they hadn't had the delivery so we are going back in a week or so. The staff were extrememy helpful and pleasant and we also enjoyed a snack in the cafe .

No competition in area but still expensive and sell a lot of things That are not
garden related

The staff was very rude, we tried to order an afternoon tea
Unknown to us you had to order it online ??
If like my mum and sister who don’t have a phone/computer how can they ?
She was really rude about waiving her arms saying NOT our fault
It put us off using the cafeteria again
Not a very good for a family company

Friendly welcoming & helpful staff, clean and tidy garden centre, cafe very Covid safe and consistently serves the best coffee in the area.

Great choices, good quality, good value and lovely friendly helpful staff.
