Spotlessly clean every where. Helpful staff. Consider doing a sandwich, toasted or a otherwise, and jacket potato without crisps and salad if the customer requests that option and charge 75p less.

Pretty well everyone there, left the crisps and salad, including us.

It is awful to see so much food go to waste, especially when so many people are struggling to buy food and food banks are busier than ever. Also, there is every indication that it will get worse.

I would appreciate it if you would consider this suggestion - if you did take it up and marketed it appropriately, I think Dobbies would get a lot of good publicity and feed back.

There. was very little. in terms of compost/grow bags etc. Maybe because it's early in the year? last year there were shortages later in the spring so I was hoping to purchase some early on.
On the other hand I got lots of seed packets. which were on sale, so wasnt a wasted trip.
Also, we had a lovely meal. and used my club coupon.
Staff are always nice and helpful.

Very disappointed that you do not serve proper meals in your cafe. It isn’t helpful to just serve snacks when that branch is the only one in Cornwall. Not worth travelling over there.

Have always had excellent service at dobbies

The food was good, the price was fine, the tables were well spaced, the service was quick and friendly. Excellent.

I found exactly what I was looking for and the staff were most helpful and polite.

Lovely little garden centre with a great choice everything needed for your garden. The indoor shop has an amazing collection of gifts, cards, books, pet section, plants and so much more and then the best bit....... coffee and cake in the gorgeous cafe.
Defo worth a visit

We enjoy our visits to Dobbies at Lelant, the staff are always pleasant and helpful and give excellent advice. We like the layout of the plants, especially the reductions, a bargain is always acceptable when you are a pensioner!

My local Dobbies store is always welcoming and cheerful and the staff are ready to help at any time.
I enjoy going to the restaurant also as it's very good value for money and always lots of tasty food options available.

Enjoyed visit, really good selection of plants and bulbs.
Good cafe.
Wallflower bundle died before I could plant them even though I left them outside in water.

Always a good place to look for plants and other garden requirements. A good place to browse. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable. Plants are good specimens.

Just a shame that the menu in the restaurant has been reduced it would be nice to have it back to something similar to before

Just popped in and ended up as usual buying some unexpected plants! The centre wasn't looking its best due to the season not being compatible to lots of new plants but it was ok. One criticism - toooooo early for so much Christmas stuff!!!!
