Friendly and helpful staff. A very pleasant visit to get seeds for spring.

Came to visit the cafe with family, & as usual made several purchases in th3 store after very nice cakes & hot drinks. Such a well stocked centre, and really fresh, well presented plants.

Very helpful chap on Xmas trees and nice person on till.

I didn't say it was "great". I was pleased to find what I was shopping for. After a tollerable wait to be served at the checkout, the assistant was friendly and efficient That's all I hoped for. Expecting your customers to regard the experience as "great" is unreasonable. If everything was "great", nothing would be outstanding. Please reconsider the wording of your questionaire.

fantastic experience , lovely member of staff , took time to talk to us , she explained the Dobbies card and the customer benefits , we went for it and signed up , great quality items in store , we brought a light up Deer for our garden , very good quality and great value , lovely plants , cafe nice we enjoyed coffees and millionaire shortbread

The staff cannot do enough for you even though they are short on staff. Very friendly and knowledgeable and if don’t know something will try to find out.

We called into Dobbies for a little winter colour which we got.
Then we went into the cafe oh dear!!The floor is peeling there were buckets everywhere and the rain had long since stopped. There are handwritten scruffy notes referring to their lack of staff. There was a scruffy note saying don't open the window.
Someone has stripped out all the interesting bits from the cafe, plants etc
It is now just barren and tatty. The toilets are tatty and dirty. I used to bring my granddaughters here but I will not anymore because it is horrible.
I presume they are waiting for developers to snap it up.

Amazing staff , great offers , so much to see , great Christmas gifts , plants fantastic quality, overall the staff member made our visit an excellent experience x can't wait to go back x great coffee and cakes so fresh

The store was nice and quiet. Would have liked Mulled wine because we went to the early Christmas viewing. You had my favour

Just looked in on the off chance of seeing something for my garden and was blown away by the variety of plants,all be it sell offs,but all good as far as I was concerned. So yes I loaded my trolley and headed for the checkout, the staff here were brilliant,chatty,informative, and very humerus. They helped me loading my car and by supplying some waste sheeting could protect my car contents from my plant pots. All rounded off with a coffee,excellent day,all smiles

Made our way to Lelant Dobbies Café to treat our daughters and five grandchildren to alight lunch.
Although all the items were displayed for the kids pick n mix lunch, we were told that it was not possible to supply the kids sandwiches and needed to choose from the main menu. We decided on just a plain cheese sandwich, without garnish and the cost for this was £7.45! ( Two slices of bread with some cheese). Adding a drink, and the three choices from selection the total cost would have been £12.45 per child! The staff were unhelpful and unwilling to assist us. We tried to make the best of it and started to place an order. My daughter is vegetarian and asked for the avocado ciabatta. The assistant said we don’t have any and, when asked for a vegetarian option, we’re told there was none. At this point I requested a refund for my other daughters order and left the premises. We went to Marks and Spencer and found kids eat free. Our total there was £22.
I appreciate that cafes may have problems where the menu may not be fully available but, why can’t someone put a sign up before we approach the café so the staff and us didn’t need to be put in such an embarrassing situation.
We are local and dread to think what anyone visiting would think.
