Relaxed atmosphere; useful help with purchasing plants; more realistic pricing than in the past.
Cafe now is better organised with good food.

How many more of these reviews do you need for our last visit this is the third one that I have been sent regarding our recent visit

Always delightful garden centres to visit. Well stocked both garden plants, indoor plants and equipment and gifts.
Lovely restaurants. Pennine one of the best.

Always helpful staff nothing is too difficult. Interesting varied sections plants can be a little pricy but always a good sale section with decent reductions .

Well i dared to question the veggie vomit i got served up so ahmed didnt like it..the management basically said f8ck you...so yes ill be reviewing dobbies actively this week. Of course you could just sack ahmed...the grunt

Reasonably priced. Good quality products and very pleasant staff.

Found exactly the type of terracotta pot I required for a lemon tree.

Lunch and dessert was yummy helped along by our free coffees due to being in coffee club.

This was my first time visiting Dobbies and I was very impressed. I am a total novice at gardening and asked a worker named Liz for advice. She was very knowledgeable and went round the garden centre with me talking through different plants and how best to look after them. I will definitely be revisiting after this fantastic experience.

Two drinks with scones took 20mins from order to table. Queried order. No apology given and told they were very busy and showed the orderers on the terminal. Order taken at 14.19. Not good for customer relations.

Great place, great team

We have been visiting Dobbies for quite a few years and the staff are always very welcoming and professional. Some of your stock is expensive especially the furniture. And can be purchased at other outlets much cheaper. However, we have the Dobbies membership card and enjoy the visits for a drink. Although on the last couple of visits there seems to have been a problem with staffing in the cafeteria and tables have taken a long time to clear and food and drink along time to arrive.

From entering the car park a great experience, we picked up some fantastic plants that brightened up the boarders and the restaurant was excellent.
Can't wait to go back.

We visited the Pennine garden centre for coffee and cake and also to hopefully source a large rhododendron and we found just what we were looking for with plenty of choice from lots of healthy looking plants . We asked for some advice from the knowledgeable staff and were given lots of good information on how to care for our new plant.

Wonderful garden centre. As an avid gardener I can get what I need with the great selection of trees, shrubs, flowers etc and on top of this the great store with so many excellent things for home and garden, plus the cafe. All staff are helpful too.

Very obliging staff who are willing to help you find and advise you on products in a well stocked and price competitive garden centre.

Excellent service. Lovely food. Very pleasant atmosphere. Showroom well presented.

They advertised online two for one scones after 2pm, problem is there’s never any left after 2pm, tried to order toasties and told kitchen closed 3oclock, really? at third attempt ordered 2 millionaires short breads but when they arrived they were very small for £2.85, they are double the size for less money at cannon hall farm a few miles away
