Excellent service thank you and the delivery team kept in constant touch.

We are regular visitors to Dobbies at Preston where the staff are always pleasant.
Nice selection of plants and garden accessories.
There have been times in the last few weeks when they haven’t been serving hot food but are now back to serving a delicious breakfast.
We like to visit Pavers shoes whilst there and regularly find a bargain.

Always great customer service when we go. Staff member very helpful with our queries. Bistro set bought and waiting on delivery. Lunch at Debbie's, excellent and lovely staff. Used my birthday treat of coffee and cake for two as well. If you've not tried the cakes you want be disappointed!

Too long a wait between getting our coffee and meal

Bought plants very good healthy specimens.

Always a pleasure to visit Dobbies. The shop is well spaced out and easy to get round. The garden centre has a good variety of plants and shrubs.

Just a bit confused with the cafe it stated on the menu lunch was served at 11 30 but was told that we couldn't have anything till 12 noon we weren't the only ones confused and staff wasn't very helpful if it is 12noon then alter the menu Thanks M Smith

Visited the cafe once again . Had been given a birthday tea . We had 2 pieces of cake (very nice) , my wife only drinks herbal tea they once again said they were awaiting a delivery, so she could not have a drink as doesn't drink normal tea or coffee. Had taken my granddaughter for a special treat only to be told couldn't do a child's meal as Had too many orders so would be a waiting time . This is the third time we have not been able to get meals as would be along waiting time . Then to finish it off childrens play area not in use so my special treat for my 2 and a half granddaughter was totally ruined. Am seriously thinking of not renewing mine and my wife's memberships .

We had our lunch at Dobbies Preston which was very nice but the only thing missing was the bacon from my chicken caesar salad. I also think that drinks for Club Plus members should be carried over if you miss a month. I have been ill for a while and have missed out on my drinks. The garden centre looked lovely and we got some bargain bedding plants and plant pots.

The toilets smell horrendous and really need sorting as there’s obviously an issue with the drains

Later visit today than usual, but tables all cleared, no queue at till, coffee arrived fairly quickly……all good today.

Not enough staff on the tills but very helpful

unfortunately did not stock replacement wall basket liners for the basket I purchased last year. I could by the complete unit at the obvious oncost but not the coir liner, very disappointing but found some online from a different supplier. For the products a did by the 20% off and relevant garden club vouchers very good, well worth the Dobbies club membership fee

Great garden centre with helpful staff and handy sainsbury’s supermarket.

Restaurant was understaffed, new system of finding table, ordering food and drinks and paying, is not working well. We waited at our table and had finished our cakes, our coffee arrived 20 minutes later. There were 2 people at the beverage counter, one working the machine and the other taking the orders out to the tables. This was not their fault, they never stopped working and accepted criticism and apologised for delays. People were getting fed up with the delays. The lady at the next table left her husband waiting for their pots of tea, and went off to buy herself a pair of shoes from Pavers, she returned just as their order arrived.

Vegan cake was delicious but label was too small.
More vegan alternatives would be nice.
A pity that drinks cannot rollover any more.
