Took grandchildren for drinks and also bought seeds for birds. Disappointing that no longer serve baby chinos as told might be too hot for children.
The supply of garden compost was very low and we were unable to purchase our usual one.

I found a lot I liked but you are…
I found a lot I liked but you are expensive compared to other garden centres for your plants and to many get left to dry up , I have had a lot of plants and trees and over all pleased but would like better deals on bedding and basket plants , the pet section is good and gifts.

Transactions always very straighforward.
Transactions at Dobbies are always very straightforward, with minimal queueing. There are enough staff that one can usually be found quite quickly for any queries.

The checkouts are always the least…
The checkouts are always the least favourite part of the experience. It's not the staff as those who serve are pleasant enough, but it gets very congested with the big garden centre trollies and usually only 1 checkout open.

On recent visits we have not been impressed with the recent changes to the Centre shop, compared to the previous arrangements. Otherwise the cafe and garden centre areas generally satisfy our needs.

Always good to shop at Dobbies
