Lots of choice, not very busy, friendly staff

Reassuring to see screens still up and social distancing still being active and masks still being worn in the centre.
Such lovely friendly staff In the cafe.
Sanitising stations accessible and full.
Great selection of well priced plants and products.

Great variety of plants, garden equipment and homeware. Good choice in the food hall and the cafe. Always friendly service.

The Manager was fantastic, the problem I had was the delivery of slate .
Ordered it on the 27th June then informed it would arrive 15th July.
This date arrived and told after I rang the company it would not be able to deliver.
The Manager at Dobbies in Shinfield did his very best but to no avail
Dobbies brilliant but I won't use there contractors as unreliable.

Despite moving away whenever we are in the area we always stop for a visit. A lovely garden centre with a good restaurant, an amazing butcher and really nice helpful staff

Went into the cafe at the shinfield branch. Waited for 5 minutes while three members of staff chatted before one went into the kitchen, leaving the other two chatting. I finally asked if anyone was serving before she pointed for me to come down to the end of the counter. I went to place my order only to be told the kitchen is closed. I have used the garden centre and cafe on numerous occasions but will bypass the cafe from now on.

I find my local store nice and friendly and helpful.

Always pop in to the same shop as has got variety of plants, flowers, ect. Loads of different stuff indoors as well. Like the location. Missing coffee with my friends in the coffee shop. Hope will be able to enjoy more in the coming months....

I found everything I wanted, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Always has a great supply of 'seasonal' goods along with the usual garden centre goods, plants and garden goods alawys available at a reasonable price. The extras, such as the pet supplies and the new mini supermarket (Sainsburys) must be great for 'one stop' shopping. The butcher in the deli area is our reason for visiting each week as the meat is second to none, a bit dearer than super markets, but well worth the extra cost, plus the butcher will cut JUST what you want, like the butchers of old....

The staff are really helpful, efficient and friendly. The store is well managed and the manager is very customer facing. The store is always clean and displays well presented. Covid-19 hygiene and safety measures are well organized and managed. The food hall is well managed and stocked. The meat counter is very good and the butcher is very customer facing. We will miss the lovely cheese counter, but are sure the change to instore Sainsbury's will be well managed by Dobbies store manager and excellent staff team. Thank you all for staying open and helping our mental health and wellbeing during the pandemic.
