Only given 4 fist plant arrived well packed and in good condition. Second plant was supposed to be honeysuckle and a sunflower was sent. Plant was not in great condition and box bashed.Evri -usual poor service. Customer service were excellent in sorting error and dispatched another honeysuckle unfortunately delivery is delayed Evri again so not expecting a very healthy plant in this weather when it finally arrives

Pleased to be able to order some tomato seeds for next year at a special price. When an item was missing from my order, customer service was helpful and promptly sent the missing seeds.

Bought some plants only to find out after purchase they don't come until who knows when, tried to follow up but you can't get in touch anywhere. Will never buy from them online again. Still no plants and zero way to find any updates or ask for a refund.

Very disappointed all plants broken as not secured in box. Dry as bone and pot bound what little soil that we was in the pots just dust at the bottom of the box. If using evri you need to ensure packed more securely as had obviously been upside down on more than one occasion. I am hoping they will survive but don't hold out much hope. Date shows packed 10th but not received till 15th so would recommend being packed with some sort of moisture retentive material

Unimpressed with the size and condition of the Heucherella I have just received. I expected a much healthier plant for £17.99

Needs to do better as the plants arrived very dehydrated. OK it's hot but sending out the plants over a weekend is just asking for trouble. By the time they arrived the Lavatara where almost dead. Time will tell if they survive.

I have used several websites so far this year to purchase seeds and plants. Dobies stands out as being the most reliable in terms of speed of delivery and packaging. The seeds are posted out within a very short time and the plants have been of good quality and arrived undamaged. A big plus is the fact you can contact Customer Services and communicate with a human being.

I ordered a Dr Pepper float and "the ice cream machine was broken", no ice and I spent over £5 on it, I was with my grandson and even though it didn't have any ice cream in it, they didn't top it up, if you want a cold drink you have to ask them to get it from the freezer/fridge behind the counter, as the one that customers is supposed to use doesn't even work, the cakes there aren't good, so my grandson always gets a packet of crisps. And I do know that some of them are closing down, I know that the one in Marple might be closing down after me leaving this review. Don't go to the cafe, however the staff members were helpful, but that doesn't fix the fridges...

I find the webpage a bit baffling, esp trying to find current offers after being there once before.
