I have ordered and paid for 4 watches
I have ordered and paid for 4 watches. The watches were supposed to be shipped by UPS on August 14 and arrive on August 15. I have already paid the customs fees, which tells me that the package was already in my country. Today is August 21 and the package has been scanned every evening at the UPS warehouse in Spain and not a single UPS employee can give me any information. I have written to Doctor Collector twice and heard nothing. I expect help from the sender.

We are sorry to hear that you did not receive a reply from us at the time. We take customer service very seriously and always try to respond to every request, so it is possible that our reply may have gone to spam or was not received correctly.
Once an order leaves our warehouse, the shipment is handled by UPS, and unfortunately some updates or delays can be outside our direct control. That said, we always do our best to assist customers throughout the delivery process and help locate any parcel when needed.

Long delay to arrive
Company is based in Valencia, Spain which is not made clear on the website. Website states 2-3 days delivery (after I had given a UK address) and no mention of delay or lack of stock, seller also sells in Amazon so appeared legit and I placed an order.
Supposedly order was dispatched 3 days later on 6th Dec. 12 days later nothing. Contacted via Website enquiry and email, no response. When I lodged a PayPal request for refund they finally responded and said there was a UPS delay, which did also show on an email I had from UPS so I waited. Contacted UPS after 10 days, they said vendor had created the ticket but hadn't dispatched item. Basically in 12 days the parcel had travelled a 27 minute of 10km and was still in Spain. I was clear with vendor this was a Christmas present for my daughter and if they couldn't send the item they could refund me and I would buy something elsewhere. They insisted it was on its way and UPS are at fault. I then got an email from them asking to review the product which I had not recieved at that point! Then I got a 10% discount code from them on a second purchase. The audacity to expect me to send them more of my money when I couldn't even track down the first item I paid them for! Why not offer a partial refund as a gesture of apology or goodwill on the item I hadn't received.
I finally recieved my package after 17 days. The item itself was in good condition and exactly as described so I have no issues with the product itself, only the clarity of information and communication of the seller.

Regarding the shipping, Doctor Collector has warehouses in both Valencia, Spain, and the United States. All European logistics are handled from Spain, and we’re sorry if this was not clear enough at the time of purchase.
We also sincerely apologise for any delay with UPS. Once an order leaves our facilities, some parts of the delivery process are unfortunately outside our direct control, although we always do our best to assist customers and coordinate with the carrier whenever there is an issue.
